Only stayed here as very close to the Hospital where we were working. The apartments were clean but a little tatty and need some maintenance here and there. I thought they included free WiFi and that the apartment was serviced but on both counts no. The staff were helpful and friendly. I thought it was pricey for the quality of the overall deal. Also one has to pay the full bill upfront. Don't think I would stay again.

We arrived in Johannesburg at 17H00 on 28 March and drove to Jozi apartments where we arrived at 19h10 severely exhausted with jet lag.Although Gordon phoned us at the airport to say he would help with check in iI could not find his number and then phoned the number on our booking papers.We spoke to the owner Stephen who was unfriendly and unhelpfull and said the office closed at 18h00,?really,in a real world I could not believe this.Stephen did not offer any assistance and this stage and we left to make other arrangements.He must have had second thouhts because his Father,Gordon phones 20 min later to help but being severely tires and being part of Stehens wrath we decided not to go back.
Iff Stehen was willing to walk the extra mile for clients he could have helped us outright.
I would strongly advice anybody to use Jozi apartments because this is like as hostel with a 16h00 curfew.

Poor service,Stephen the owner was unfriendly,unhelpfull and arrogant .

Location of apartment is great but had to put up with the most rancid appalling smell in apartment that made sleep impossible and owners were not interested in doing anything about the situation. Could have been cleaner and the towels provided had holes in so would not suggest staying at these apartments!

We enjoyed our stay. The area is quiet. The apartment is neatly furnished. No towel rails in the bathroom and no space to put toiletries. Securety is good and staff very friendly. 
Low energy light fittings can be used at the bedside lamps.

Good experience in Johannesburg

Although decoration acceptable overall, this apartment is not of high standard. Towels were torn and washed out. Couches dirty.  Neighbours noisy with loud music. Children screaming. If you want peace and quiet, this is not the place.
