Kids LOVED the warm water swimming pool ... well all of us did 😉 so amazing that they are dog friendly too !! Our doggies had a blast !!! So much to do in the area ... we stayed 9 days and we could have easily stayed another 9 !! WOW is how I can sum it up in one word !!

Best family holiday EVER !!!! Raymond was so welcoming, the place is STUNNING so much to do !!!

It was truly one amazing experience, the calm atmosphere was blissful, the heat wave was wild but nothing a cold pool could not fix. Would definitely recommend Savie River Camp for a great get away even kids friendly.

What a holiday

Sabie River Camp is a Tranquil and peaceful place where you can relax and enjoy the scenic surroundings. We travelled as a school group; the Staff and owner was very accommodating. They went above and beyond to cater to our needs. The chalets are neat and clean and has all the amenities that you will require. It got slightly cold at night, but we were toasty warm with the electric blankets. The staff were also very helpful when making booking enquiries and are very friendly and patient. Overall, Sabie River Camp exceeded our expectations and made our weekend away spectacular.

We hard the best stay ever safe,  clean, the best electricity we had light till the last day , kitchen equipment. Next time can we have microwave please.cant Waite to come again next year will bring a large group course I've seen the place can accommodate much larger 

Best holiday/camp

I found the grounds to be impeccable and plenty shade and beautiful established gardens. This makes all the difference. The ablution facilities were super impressive and clean. Staff friendly and make you feel right at home. Looking forward to my next visit 😊 


Incredible getaway

Had a great Time at Sabie river camp, Friendly staff, clean, and if there is not something they will bring it to you.  We had the best time ever and i will recommend anyone to go and stay at Sabie River Camp.  If i have to go to Sabie again this will be my no 1 place to stay.

SABIE RIVER CAMP BEST EVER!!

Fantastic stay facility is well planned, just a pity about the heated pool that could not get heated.  will book for next year Sabie Tube Race for sure.  Tranquility and beauty of the river made the ambiance. 

The owner Arnold is Racist, he treat whites with respect and made us feel unwelcomed,talking to whites in Afrikaans thinking we dont hear,saying nasty stuff about us, we were restricted told us to sleep at 10pm o9n a holiday,saying we making noise while talking,OUR bedding was supposed to be changed every second day but that never happenned for the whole 5nights we slept there,i dont know is because we are black,but according to the receptionist Yolandie there is not enough bedding, she tried her best to make our stay better under the circumstance.

Our stay at Sabie River camp was nice. The only problem they have is in the bathrooms. I think the infrastructure is not maintained. When there is loadshedding there is no hot water and the pressure in the taps is not accurate. The toilets dont flush properly. Many times I walked in with toilets that are still dirty because of previous people as the toilets dont flush. In the men's bathrooms the pressure is very poor and the shower shocked them. (I think there is something wrong with the earth leakage.) Water not very hot. We used the communial kitchen - no hot water there as well, we had to boil everytime we need to do dishes. When there is loadshedding the light keep on going off. I used my own light. Maybe in future they can cater for the loadshedding cases as well. The rest of the stay was very nice. I liked the pool area and the kiddies are. This was my second time staying here. 

They can do a litte upgrade in bathrooms

The Security staff are very friendly/honest when you need assistance on late arrivals and departures.
The Owner went out of his way to help us feel at home and comfrotable and his staff are just as friendly and hard working - the look well taken care of and a business shines through ones people.
Location is Perfect. Buildings were also very neat and sufficient.
