I am Happy with the effort to ensure that I was comfortable. This is the type of place where you will have a small room with a good hot shower with towels, that is clean, has clean sheets, serves a Good Breakfast and has lovely guests. 

Small unfortunates: This is a normal family home, so in the room was a Drainage 90-degree bend pipe with inspection eye through the wall from the apartment next door which was above the floor. The walls had peeling paint in the bathroom which no Biggy, as the bathroom was clean. If you are planning to work in the room at night, note that the Lighting was not very good in the room (White light needed). Just added the comments so that future guests to know what to expect.

Otherwise, its sufficient for a good and safe sleep after a long day.

A quick overnight, nothing fancy, clean and all that's necessary, great service.

Very nice place indeed,  I would definitely go back again when I am in Secunda.  Unfortunately, I came late from the office at night went straight to bed.  Just a little bit improvement on the food side, my dinner was not so good.  Mince and rice

My stay @ D'Vine Guesthouse

My room (Merlot) at the guest house was cozy, and adequately furnished. This was a single bed, no frills room with just the bare necessities. The bed slept comfortable and the sat TV was nice, and I even chewed on the biscuits in the flask in my room at night. I loved that my car was parked under a roof just outside my room, inside secure, lit parking. I would have loved fresh towels every day though, and a good dusting and cleaning of the room as the dust on the blinds and perhaps also the water damage in the wall behind the door had my sinuses acting up somewhat. And the bathroom-shower combo in the closet was a might tight, especially when brushing teeth in the morning. One cannot dry oneself in there; it is just too small. So when you book; ask for a larger room than Merlot- even if just for the bathroom access and comfort- especially if you are a six footer or bigger. The highlight was the food though, and the portions are generous, tasty and very welcome after a long day at work. I didn't receive a beverage with my first meal, but with every meal thereafter. I drank the water in the fridge that evening. Breakfast was just as generous and the lunch packs were the best I've seen in a long time. I would recommend d'Vine for the secure parking and the food alone. The rest are easy fixes. 

Nice and tight

We enjoyed staying at D'vine Guest House. All the facilities were opened to us to use. Kind and friendly people. A guesthouse that made us feel safe. Parking is secure, and close yo the room. Thank you for making the weekend so much better

Time to take a break

The room was superb, service very friendly and accommodating. Secure parking, pool and full kitchen made this a most pleasant stay. We will use this facility whenever in Secunda to visit my daughter Thanks 

D'Vine guest house

The manager/owner was smoking in the reception area. Dinner was not fresh, after 10 min in the microwave, it still came out cold. Breakfast was the worst. no yoghurt; I was served burnt fries; the whole house smelled of cooking oil.

Terrible

I have to say that the people there were very very VERY friendly. This is the type of service we need as we are away from family. The room is neat and clean. I really did appreciate the front room away from everyone else and near the gate (thank you for that) The breakfast was mediocre (eggs, hashbrown and toast, cereals and coffee included - I do not eat bacon)  Overall it was a very pleasant stay. I will be back soon for work and I know I will receive the great service again. Keep up the great work guys

Two Nights stay for work

Feels like home nothing to add -  Just awesome - Very friendly and humble people.  The Breakfast was out of this world,  Guys you'll definitely the best!! After a long day in Mpumulanga South and 800 km drive this place couldn't be better.  The garden and everything is so peaceful and quiet - best medicine we had.

Awesome Awesome Awesome

When I arrived at the guest house, there was no-one to check me in. I phoned the staff member on duty and was told to wait 15 minutes as he is not on site. I was handed the keys and he left. The room is very tiny and dingy, with 1 x single bed. The kettle cannot reach the plug and upon request for an extension cord, was told that he is busy and will provide it the next day. The kettle therefore has to stand on the floor, collecting ants. The room, Merlot, is situated right next to the gate and multi-vehicle carport which results in the door and windows vibrating every time a car enters or exits. This room does not feature on the website.
