We decided to stay in this B&B because we got a suggestion from someone who had already been and I have to say that the suggestion was very good. The first day being in 5, they took us into the apartment next to the B&B, a fabulous apartment, with a private pool and very well furnished. In the following days, the group shrank, we went to a room in the B&B. The place is very well kept, full of cute fake animals and full of pictures with cute writing that if read all they spend 10 minutes smiling. Great and rich breakfast.

It's really nice!

Very spacious accommodation with a spacious pool, very friendly host and good breakfast, cleanliness could be better in the bathrooms, central and all within walking distance.

Very generously made

The hosts are nice and hardworking, the breakfast was good, but still this guesthouse was a disappointment on our trip. The facilities are decommissioned, far from matching the photos, the room was perfused with room spray so that you had coughing attacks, the front door was made of glass! I was glued to blue film (probably so that not every bed from the courtyard to the basement can see a totally uncomfortable light in the room and the cleanliness was soolala. We had quite rainy weather, so we needed blankets in addition to the leash, and these were really repulsive, thick, heavy old muffins, which goes to every cabin better! This definitely gave better accommodation in St Lucia!

Not really recommended

Beautiful rooms, great breakfast and very, very nice hosts! Gary and June are doing everything they can to make a nice stay. Perfect starting point for tours to the Isimangaliso, both the Eastern and Western Shores, even for nice walks straight from the Zulani Guesthouse. Gary helps with the tour booking and it also works great. Super pleasant atmosphere, we can only recommend!

I highly recommend it!!

What a lovely return after 3 years. The B&B has 4 very beautiful guest houses, grouped around the pool. The units are beautiful and lovingly themed. Gary and Junr are wonderful hosts. Internet in good quality, TV in limited quality. St. Lucia borders the Isamangoliso Wetlands Park. There are beaches on the Indian Ocean. St. Lucia is a tourist destination with many restaurants, shopping and tourist attractions.

A lovely little god

Great accommodation in St. Lucia, the owners were so nice and friendly, you felt at home. Breakfast was made with love, very good. Rooms clean and great facility, unfortunately we couldn't see our two nights booked due to a flight cancellation, Garry and June helped us here a lot.

Great place to stay

We needed a second location in St Lucia and Zulani was a good choice given the location near the high street. Our hosts were very welcoming and provided everything we needed. The breakfast provided was extensive and keep use going until evening.

Ideally Located

The owners have clearly created an excellent environment with guest room rather like a motel facing inwards towards a splendid garden & pool.  However, that was probably sometime ago, as in some way’s it’s getting a little tired.  The bathroom needs refurbishing (dark marks around in the tiles & shower head replacement), the breakfast (although a small banquet) was over cooked & I didn’t particularly care for the way the lady of the house spoke to her staff.  Having said all of that, there’s no reason why this guest house couldn’t be great again!  The room was comfy, clean & quiet.  The location is as pretty good for the town centre, but in a quiet location.

Could be great

Great location just a short walk to the Main Street where the shops and restaurants are located.

June and Gary were get hosts, explaining all there was to do in the area and giving us details of restaurants etc and lending us cooler bags for when we went exploring during the day.

Our room was very spacious although it could do with updating a little, but it was clean and comfortable.

Breakfast was excellent with lots of choice and hot items were cooked to order.

Definitely worth a stay and very good value - great, friendly staff and very welcoming.

Great location - very friendly hosts!

We had a wonderful stay in this guesthouse. The beds were comfortable. The room pleasantly decorated. There is a nice inner-court with swimming pool. The owners and staff are very friendly and helpful. It was very clean and cosy. They did all to make our stay as pleasant as possible. In the morning an excellent breakfast is served on the veranda or inside if it is too cold. Very good restaurants are on walking distance and it is safe to walk, but if you meet a hippo it is better to keep a distance. The price-qualtiy is excellent. This is a five star option for the price of one.
