Clean, comfortable & attention to detail.
The towels are thick and soft, the decor is lovely, they provide droe wors, rusks, and a fridge with little chocolates, mineral water, milk and fruit juice.
All the little comforts they could think of are here.
It feels like we're visiting a cherished family member who is pulling out all the stops to spoil us.
This is our second visit and we will always stop in Upington to visit here.

On the way home from Kgalagadi

We stayed here en route home rom the Kgalagadi. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. There is off-street parking, which is useful for parking of off-road trailers etc. 
One or two disappointments though:
1) Please supply a hair dryer for your guests - after two weeks of roughing it, I would have liked to blow dry my hair 
2) We were met by the owner's somewhat grumpy husband, who didn't seem to keen to assist us. 



Good guesthouse for a stopover

We stayed at Abbiamo Guesthouse for two nights while visiting the South of Namibia in December 2018! We were really impressed and found everything to our liking. Lots if extras in the fridge and a overall nice establishment! We will strongly recommend Abbiambo Guesthouse  to everyone!

Stunning Place!

The best by far of the many stopovers we have made in the North. Clean, spacious. welcoming and excellently equipped.The goodies ( chocs, fruit juices, biltong, rusks etc ) were a nice touch. Quiet location with secure parking.Rosanne was friendly , cheerful and cooks a great breakfast. Good value - we will be back.

Nice Touches

A really comfortable guest house. Rooms neat and clean. Situated in a quiet location close to the river. Abbiamo offers great value for money, and we will book there again if ever we return to Upington.

Great value.

I stayed here for 2 days. Beautiful clean rooms. The lady that welcomed me was so nice. The room is very spacious and everything that you need is there (except hairdryer). The aircon was much appreciated in the 42C heat wave!Welcome treats was a nice supprise (local droe wors, chocolat and juice). The owner even came to say hi and to make sure everything is ok.

There is even a braai outside (your own for privacy).

Really felt welcome here!

Lovely stay after a long trip

Abbiamo is great value for money. Set in a quite part of town, offering great service, good quality rooms, all the necessaries, and a great breakfast. Considering we took a chance when booking via the internet and on a first time basis having never stopped over in Upington, it exceeded any expectations. I would definitely recommend!
