My family and I were invited to attend a 21st birthday Party, because we had to drive all the way from Cape Town, we had decided to stay the night and return home the next day so we booked a house for just 1 night. On our arrival to my surprise, I had accidentally booked at the incorrect branch, so our booking was not on the system, however the staff was kind enough to resolve this issue and accommodate me and my family! The service was extremely amazing. 

Our 1 Night Stay

The friendlyness of the staff is next level. To wake up with the calm river view was so amazing!!! Rooms are clean, white linen. Restaurant has beautiful view, the food was excellent!! Would stay there next time.

The best on the Westcoast!!

So we decided to head out for a couple of days, coming back from the Tankwa direction West Coast, with no booked accommodation anywhere, I remembered that a bunch of us stayed over at Riviera before while on a bike trip. 
We were welcomed in the sam professional and friendly manner that we experienced last time. We got a room sorted within minutes and were told where we could park later on after a pub crawl in town. 

First some cold beers and wine at the in house pub to get settled and then off to explore. Awesome and chirpie bar staff, which is just the way it should be in the WC with a twist of local humor. 

Breakfast the next morning was welcomed with a slight hangover, and needless to say, received exactly what we ordered with friendly service. 

All and all you could say that I should have selected everything as 5’s, but there is always room for improvement although I could not fault anything. 

Well done and see you again. 

1 night unplanned

Well organized venue. Did enjoy the trip on the river. Supper was excellent with all the different disses what was prepared by the owner. Staying in a real safe environment and your car was safe by control of the safety gate.

Veldrif Conference

From the reception desk clerk to the waiters was excellent service. They make you feel at home from the minute you walk in. Amazing food and room was neat and tidy with everything I needed, even a candle while loadshedding.

Best service and stay EVER

My sales team insists that we go To Riviera Hotel for our conferences, because of the quietness and group interaction we experience there.
Accommodation is very comfortable and the FOOD is really something to experience!

Pepsico Sales Conference

We dont choose any other destination but Veldrif and Riviera Hotel is aways our 1st choice... Chalets always neat and ready.. Petrus is an absolute star.. The barman could have been more friendlier as he is clearly not enjoying his job..

Very safe and also braai the evening, the staff was very helpful, and the breakfast great!  I will recommend anyone to come and stay at the Riviera Hotel.  The bar with the name 'kom maak vas' is always full of locals with amazing stories, a must on your bucket list.  Will be back again soon.
