Best weekend  away, we enjoyed  the  quietness  and the bush environment .Rooms are very clean  and neat. I'll recommend this facility to people who needs peace  of  mind  and recharge  their  energies. Thanks !!!

Ehlathini game lodge

What a beautiful lodge! As soon as you walk through the front door, you are confronted by the most gorgeous view - large patio overlooking the bushveld and watering hole. We stayed in the 'God's window' chalet and the view was just beautiful! Kilometers of blue sky and bush, as far as the eye could see, and a lovely upstairs deck that opened up into the night sky, with flashes of shooting stars.
We did a bush walk and a game drive with Daniel - he is a great host - and enjoyed the lovely home-cooked meals prepared by Daniel and Nikki, also a lovely hostess! We were sad to leave this amazingly beautiful, tranquil place. Will be sure to come back soon!

Beautiful lodge - breathtaking views!

The two managers made sure we have everything we need. The food and service was the best. No complaints. Will visit this lodge again. They made sure we have our drinks and we comfortable. They made us feel part of the family and lodge. THANK YOU

Good stay and best service

This is a small game breeding farm that has a few confortable rooms some of which have a view of a watering hole.  What makes it special is the decor and the hospitality of the hosts that run it. Relax by the pool to an infinity view of wilderness with only the sounds of birds or go on an afternoon game drive.

A place to get away from it all and unwind

Ligthing very poor in - need to increase the globes.
Toilet paper - need to add extra
Eating Menu need to that you can choose etc
Game vehicle need to be replaced or upgraded - very old 
Would prefer that the lodge introduce wifi to the guests while staying

The resort/hotel is an undiscovered gem in the bush veld. The rooms are neat and rusty for that real bush ambience. The cleaning staff were courteous and the management friendly and efficient. The whole place is well run and is an undiscovered gem. Bush quiet in a spectacular location.

Stay at Ethlathini

Is a nice place to be in privacy guranteed but i think you should have security and Tv..and prices of the meals must be updated for us because prices that we had on emails was different from what we got there on our check out day but the lady working there is friendly .

Ehlathini is a place to be.

They should consider hiring chefs.
Not all people love dogs, Nicki’s dog made us feel uncomfortable ..Game drive bakkie  was not what we expected,it was just a normal van and Nicki was offended when we told her we no longer want to do the game drive

Food & Dog

This was an amazing trip. Everything went according to plan. Just to mention a few:

1. Nguni Cabin - very clean with an excellent view 
2. Night Picnic - very nice set up with fire and champagne. 
3. Hiking Trail and Game Drive 
4. Romantic Dinner set up

And the staff, wow! Such a wonderful hospitality, Thank you Thank you Thank you. The trip was worth it.


Huge Thank You

We chose Ehlanthini to celebrate our wedding anniversary and where not dissapointed.  This establishment is small and private which give you the opportunity to realy relax and recharge your`e batteries. Nicky was our Host, Chef and Guide and made sure that whatever we needed was done.  She realy made our Anniversary celebration a memorable one.  We were not the only couple celebarting as there was also a honeymoon couple as well as two other couples getting engaged.  And for each couple she planned and did something special and private.  This just speaks to the dedication and pride that this team takes in making sure that each guest`s stay is a memorable one.
