Upon checking in, we were given a dirty room and I found a used condom wrapper on the floor, mold on the nightstand, bugs on the floor, and hair and food in the bed. It was EXTREMELY unsanitary and we checked out early immediately the next day since it was so dirty. It also definitely smells like a love hotel and you won’t be able to air it out. Definitely don’t stay here as a family or with kids and I would be careful about getting bugs or any other diseases from the bedding and tub. They actually don’t serve breakfast either and charge for breakfast but only directed us to nearby restaurants when we came and asked for breakfast.

Dirty Love Motel

This hotel was a pleasant surprise. Price was very competitive. Clean, pleasant, good WiFi connection, friendly staff and free light breakfast with flowing coffee. Would definitely stay here again given the chance.

Clean and spacious 

This is my second time staying at S One Motel. Both times we stayed at the Deluxe Twin Room. The room was spacious, as was the shower room. The WC is separate from the shower facilities. There is a kitchenette that came equipped with cutlery, utensils as well as bowls and saucers. However, this time around, there was only 1 spoon for a room for 2 and many utensils such as the scissors were missing.

Location wise, it is an easy walk from Haeundae Station and a short way to the Haeundae Beach as well. There are at least 4 convenience stores within the 100~150m radius of the accommodation and a Daiso store along the main road. There is no lack of hofs and restaurants nearby too. However, it may be worthy to note that the beach mentioned is undergoing maintenance for at least 1 more year.

Spacious Room and Bathroom

I really liked the hotel. First of all, the price was 80 won a day, for a fancy accommodation. 2-3 minutes from the metro and bus stop. To the beach and the oceanarium, no rush. 5 minutes. Near the shops, bars, restaurants, cafes, food market, seafood. The only thing that wasn't nearby were the big supermarkets.

The motel is just a fairy tale.

We were totally thrilled with the S-One Motel. First and foremost, our rooms were enormous, as were the beds, which isn't always the case in Korea and it was something I was concerned about. Our bed was large, and long enough to accomodate our height, and firm. 

I was also worried, as I couldn't tell before we got there, that we wouldn't have a window or any climate control. Not only was there working A/C in the room, and a window, but there was a also a standing fan right next to the bed, as well as one on the ceiling. I sleep with a fan next to my bed at home and this amenity was absolutely delightful to me.

Our room had a Japanese style toilet, a huge Jacuzzi tub, two computers, two couches, a flat screen TV, hair brushes, robes, slippers, hair gel, cosmetic masks...you name it. 

Also, people complain that love hotels are loud. I never once heard anyone else.

Of course the lobby situation is limited, they were good for check in/check out, and they were English speaking and friendly, but it's not like there is a restaurant or a concierge or anything (not that we were expecting that). It's just a simple desk.

Also, I read complaints about a sewage smell in the bathrooms but honestly, all of Busan smells like that.

Big Room, Good Ammenities, Quiet, Close to Subway

The hotel is conveniently located three minutes from the metro or bus stop, five minutes from the beach, the tourist center, the Aquarium and dozens of restaurants, cafes, bars and the street seafood market. The design of the spacious rooms is laconic, futuristic. The set of amenities exceeds expectations! Very clean. Very quiet and quiet. The natural coffee machine at the reception is round the clock and without restrictions. The price is the same as in the neighboring hotels and motels.

The perfect ratio of comfort and price

The accommodation was on the whole average. Clean, PC and Internet available, close to subway but still using mechanical key and staff not friendly... 

On the whole, it was value for money... but would not be appropriate for family vacation. Reception (closed one with a "guichet") near the lift and little interaction with guests...
