Motel is really close to city center, 1 minute by walk to metro station. Kind guy in reception. Sadly he didn't understand english but with google translation everything was okay. Nice and clean rooms, good prices.

I love it

*pro: 
1. The nearest metro is no.119/219 Seomyeon, taking exit 9 (with escalator), then 5 min walk only. 
2.It's 5-storey building with elevator. 
3.Plenty of space in the room with mirror around. Impressively, there's a computer in room. 
4.Free bottles of water and cans of soft drink.
5.Traditional market-부전시장 is within 7 min walk. 
6.check-in: 17:00; check-out: 12:00. But you can deposit your luggage. 

*con: 
1. The furniture (i.e.tub, basin...) in the room is quite old. But totally, it's clean.  
2. The receptionist is friendly though he's not good at English. 
3. There's smell of cigarette smoke in room. 

*reminder: 
1.The remote control of air-con is just the one of TV, it's 2-in-1
2.Toilet paper cannot be thrown into toilet.

Great Location

We booked this hotel months ago on booking.com and on the listing next to premium double room was a picture of a large bed and a hot tub. On arriving, a woman looked through a tiny hatch handed us a key and we paid (quickly realising it was a love hotel - rented by the hour which hadn't been explained on the listing either). Went to the room and realised it wasn't the room we'd booked. There was also a fag butt in the toilet and a wet toilet seat (not what you expect from a 'clean' room. We decided to go down and explain that there may have been some confusion. The woman wouldn't listen to what we were trying to explain and started getting angry with us so I kept showing her the booking. In the end she rang someone (think it may have been someone from booking.com but not sure as no one explained to me). I eventually managed to explain to her what i mean and she responded saying 'yes you're right, I'll sort it out with the owner'. We were left standing for 20 minutes with our large bags on our back. In the end, we decided to leave as it clearly wasn't going to get resolved and we were tired from a days travelling (plus the hotel decor was extremely garish with poorly translated quotes on the wall). I popped my head through her hatch and said 'hello' she actively ignored us for another 10 minutes despite us trying to get her attention politely (she was sat less than a metre away so she definitely heard us). So I started waving my card through the hatch to show we wanted a refund, she literally leapt at the chance as it saved her some hassle. She showed us a pin pad with the amount on and asked us to sign but it looked exactly like the screen we'd paid on so I asked and she snatched it off me and signed for us. This is not acceptable behaviour at all, and despite the language barrier she could've explained. She then threw my card through the hatch and slammed it in our face. I'm completely disgusted and it was really disheartening as everyone else in Korea has been incredibly kind and helpful. Yet she was one of the rudest people I've ever come across. I absolutely hate complaining or confrontation. Also even if I've had a not great experience somewhere i rarely leave a negative review - however this requires one as this hotel do not deserve the custom and the people staying there don't deserve being treated like that.

Extremely rude staff with false advertising - DO NOT STAY HERE

I stayed here for two nights, they are pretty good with the room services and making sure everything is nice and tidy. The room itself was nice and big. The bed included a heated sheeted which was great, but I didn't get to use it cause it was relatively warm. But the washroom, can be a little more clean in my opinion. I think the toothpaste was also complimentary but it was those huge ones we use at home, so I personally think it wasn't very hygienic and thought it was left by the earlier traveller. 
Location wise, it is very close to the subway station and Lotte department store. There are also a lot of restaurants and street food around, about 5-10 mins walk, depending on which direction you head to. 
Service was good, the staff let me leave my luggage with them before my checkin time and it was a very speedy check in as well as check out.
