A mistake took me to this terrible hotel. It was the worst experience ever, like a nightmare while staying here.  Many mosquitoes and cockroachs in the room. Bathroom and toilet were dirty and stinky and in the bed room. Using the public toilet at the shopping malls was better than room’s toilet. Only 1 chair in the room but totally broken. When I complained to hotel staff then I received a smile by return. Many electrical plugs inside but didn’t work. Towel was cut into 2 pieces for using and very dirty. Air conditioner didnt work. No one at front desk or some time you could see a middle age lady who couldn’t communicate in English. At the first night, all the complaints were sent to hotel staff for those bad things then he promised a compensation of KRW 20,000 but I never have a chance to receive because what the promise were gone with the wind. .
The hotel benefits showed on Agoda website to attract guests were
not provided, such as:
- Cleanliness and safety: Daily disinfection in all rooms: NO
- Access: Check in/out (express): NO, I have to wait and shout out loud to look for hotel staff. 
Frontdesk (24 hour): NO. 
Front desk was always no one.
- Available in all rooms
+ Air conditioning: NOT WORK
+ Bathrobes: NO
+ Hair dryer: NO
+ Heating: NO
+ Refrigerator: NO
- Motel’s description: In-room conveniences include room service and daily house keeping: NO
I requested to change to another room but REJECTED.
It’s ridiculous to receive the feedback from Agoda and their partner that I should contact the property directly regarding this matter. I didn’t buy hotel room directly but via Agoda. I had also sent complaints to the property and they told me to send my complaints to Agoda as well. Crazily!!!
The neighbour hotel belongs to this property  owner as well. I spent nearly $100/night for this. Think carefully before booking to stay in this hell.

It' terrible

Stayed in this hotel in 2 different times throughout the trip.

Location - Literally just around the corner of Beomnaegol Station (exit 6)

Surroundings - There are 2 CU and 1 GS25 24 hours convenience shop. There's a 24 hours self service laundry mart 3 minutes walk away. There's also a cafe outside, near the subway station exit. There's also a 'pojangmacha' at the corner near the cafe.

Breakfast - Our booking came with breakfast (otherwise you have to pay, if i don't recall wrongly KRW2,000).  The breakfast was totally beyond our expectation and comprehension. The breakfast was prepared by a lady. Each guest is only allowed to take 2 piece of toasted bread with either (A) onions (with barely there) egg mayo, or , (B) jam, a packet of milk and cereals (i'm not sure if its free flow). If you wanted 1 more bread, you get scolding. You are not allowed to even take the bread on behalf of your travelling partner. This is the first time we have seen this type of breakfast offering in our years of overseas and domestics travel experience. Even hostel are not this scrooge. 

Staff - The front desk staff was nice and friendly.  They speak decent English and try their best to understand and explain to you.  There mixed up our booking dates thinking that we were staying straight over a few days instead of 2 different dates, but was amicably resolved. When we came back for the second time, the breakfast lady was at the front desk.  We wanted to check in and pick up our luggages that was kept there. The breakfast lady tried to help but her comprehension of English was so bad that we end up nearly being checked out instead of in. 

Room Type - Standard Twin
Size - Decent size, enough room to open up your luggage but no walking space after that. 
Bed - There's 1 double and 1 single bed. The single bed is slightly softer and lower than the double. 
Cleanliness - On the surface it looks clean. When we move the single bed to make space, we were shocked to see the dust that was accumulated underneath.
Room design - The room was sensationalized into 3, the bed area, the bathroom (just shower and wc) and the wash area with basin.
Bathroom - It has the shower and wc that comes with a full bidet function (i.e. flush, wash and dryer).  There's no tower rails or hooks for you to put your clothes.
View - it says city view, but there's none, because the windows are all sealed.

Room type - Deluxe room (we were upgraded)
Size - More spacious than Standard Room. you can open up your luggage and there's still ample walking space. 
Bed - There's 1 double and 1 single bed. The single bed is slightly softer and lower than the double. Our room double bed has this metal frame over it, but unlike the picture on the website, there's no cloth over it. We wonder why put it there if there's no purpose, not even aesthetic purposes.  We can't even join the beds together.   
Cleanliness - Again, on the surface it looks clean but there's a lot of accumulated dust when we tried to move the single bed to make space.
Room design - The room was sensationalized into 4, the bed area, the bathroom (just shower and wc), the jacuzzi, and the wash/dry area with basin. The bed was put on a raised platform, but the room was badly lit that we trip over the platform so may times. The light at the door entrance was out due to wiring issues (confirmed by their foreman). We were informed that it will be fixed the next day, but it remained out of order for the next 5 days (i.e. till we check out).
Bathroom - It has the shower and wc with minimal bidet function.  Only the flush is working.  We do not know why for Deluxe, the wash and dryer functions are not provided (as confirmed by the staff).  Again, there's no tower rails or hooks for you to put your clothes. 
Wash/dry area - The wash area was a total design failure.  A door split the wash/dry area and the shower. Unfortunately, the water from the shower flows through to the wash/dry area. 
Jacuzzi - We did not have time to use it. 
View - Again, it says city view, but there's none, because the windows are all sealed.

Overall, it was a good place to stay at - just ignore the breakfast and make sure you don't get the Deluxe room, and also the breakfast lady.

Good location but double standard boutique hotel

The room was very comfortable, it was very cold when we arrived to Busan but the room was very cozy; the toilet bowl has warming features, it warmed my heart :')

The bathroom is very clean, generous toiletries, big beds, a wall-mounted TV. It was worth every penny I paid.

The front desk lady who makes breakfast for us was super friendly, generally they are very helpful but at times it's only them alone running the entire premise. So be considerate to them, as they have to answer calls and run to rooms reporting issues.

Breakfast is milk, cereal, bread/toast, waffles and sometimes egg salad sandwich. But sufficient to make us satisfied. Waffles are good, I used to work at a waffle shop, the waffle they make can compete with the ones my workplace served.

The location is fairly good, close to plenty of convenient stores, 6 minutes walk to the exit of the subway.

The only issue I had was the housekeeper will throw all the papers from surfaces, in my case it's my receipts. She threw everything, in my defense I kept them nicely stacked beneath a paper weight. Very clean but don't throw my receipts...

Everything was Perfect!

Loved the interiors of this hotel. My stay was very comfortable. The person at the front desk was very helpful. Not a lot of cafes around but the train station is very close. For the price I’ve paid, this hotel has absolutely surpassed my expectations. 

Nice Place to Stay

Family of 4 adults stayed for 4 nights in two Standard Twin Rooms. Reasonably priced Hotel has unique design & is quite well maintained despite apparent age. Rooms were big but space was taken up by double & single beds in each room. Note that only a few rooms on each floor has window opening to view (those located at the back of hotel). Other rooms have windows opening to face wall of adjacent building or void space at front of hotel. It was quite dimly lit, especially the hallway. All facilities are functional, with full amenities provided. However, we only got SPA towels, which were slightly bigger than face towels (I did not ask if they provide bath towels). Our rooms have both bathtub & shower in bathroom but there was only a small screen next to toilet bowl, so be careful as floor will be all wet. The breakfast provided was only from 7am to 8am, & is served at a small Station in front of lobby reception. We had only choice of waffles or cereals (go for the waffles, at least it was hot & tasty). Only limited bar stools & high table provided, so take-away breakfast to rooms may be better option.

Boutique Hotel in Good Location

Nice and comfortable room, I liked the decoration. Price was excellent. Breakfast was not the best, you have to pick one of only three choices: rice, sandwich or waffles (go with the waffles).
I recommend to improve the cleaning.
Staff was nice although they don’t speak English... they did the effort to communicate. (That’s normal, almost nobody in Busan speaks English).


Good and cheap choice

Hotel was clean and comfortable. Spa tub didn't work in 2 of the rooms. Breakfast was a microwave snack. Room windows faced another building, no sun light but decent breeze. I wouldn't stay here again. The price was right and good location to get to other places by train.

Decent hotel

When we arrived the room smelt strongly of drains, it was obvious that the hotel were aware of the issue as they had left the window open to try and defuse the smell. We mentioned the smell to the hotel and on two occasions told us they would change our room, however at the last minute we were told the hotel was full and we would have to remain in the putrid smelling room. I checked booking.com and rooms were still available for that night...

We were only given one towel for two people, which was covered in brown stains,  we had to ask three times for a second towel and had to personally accompany a member of staff to the storage cupboard as they either told us they had no towels or that they would bring us one and never did. 

The room itself is very dusty and dirty, very dark and the air conditioning barely works. The best bit was that the bed sheets were covered in cigarette burns, even when they replaced them. And to make matters worse, they asked us if we smoked when we told them about the burns, as if it was our doing.

The bedside lamp hung lopsided as one of the metal cables attaching it to the ceiling was coming loose. There are no light switches by the bed so you have to walk to the other side of the (admittedly) spacious room, turn off the light and then feel your way back across the room to the bed. There is also a light by the entrance to the room which is meant to go off on a timer but never did so after the first night sleeping in an illuminated room a member of staff had to remove the bulb manually. So, on entering at night, the room was pitch black for the rest of the stay until we fumbled in the dark for the light switch. 

The hotel is close to a subway station however you would have to ride for around half an hour to get to anywhere of interest to those on a beach/coast/city break (e.g. all of Busans beaches). I would not recommend staying at this hotel, it's not worth the money. Much better accommodation in a better location is available at the same price, for example the Hound Hotel. 

One good thing, the wifi worked well.
