Basic bedrooms and bathrooms but everything was fine and good value for money. The hosts were fantastic and better than anywhere else I have ever stayed. 
Location was good a 15 min walk from the main bus station and the manager was happy to order taxis (cheap and easy way to travel) for us whenever we needed.
Breakfast was a do it yourself in the top floor room but all food provided and a good chance to mix with other visitors.

Excellent hosts

Booked this little hostel hotel as our booked hotel fell through and this was the only place available. However we quite enjoyed this simple accommodation.  The friendly owner greeted us and helped with the car parking. It is located pretty close to the world cup stadium and a coupleof kms from the museum but we did have a lot of trouble finding to way into the street as traffic was very heavy and there were lots of blocked roads and 1 way streets en-route. Anyway it is in a quiet side street next to the river and they have parking out front.  There are also a couple of love motels in the street but it is very quiet.
The room is small, about 10m2 with attached bathroom. The big surprise was the huge flat screen TV with a good selection of channels (better than most hotels). Also there is free wifi. The bed was the usual firm korean bed but ok.  Bedding was provided and soap, shampoo etc. Breakfast was also included in the bright upstairs room, but you get to make it yourself & tidy up after (hostel style). There were eggs, bread for toasting, spreads, cereal, coffee & green tea. Everything you need!
  The only downside was that there was not a lot nearby like restaurants or comvenience stores but there was a little local shop in the street with essential supplies.  There was also some noise in the morning from the construction taking place next door.  Otherwise it is a good cheap and cheerful stay.
