Me and my friends stayed here for two nights. There's a korean barbeque party every night consisting of drank and loud koreans which if you're a foreigner expect that you will feel not welcome to join. Can't even sleep the first night we were here because i can here their loudness from our room. When we arrived, front desk personnel just told us what floor is our room and we were on our own to find and figure out how to open the room's door. So we have to go down stairs again to ask assistance. I dont think it is too much to expect from them to assist us in our room how to open the door, the aircon, etc. We felt like we have to figure it out on our own. But when i saw a korean who is about to check her room, that front desk officer was so nice to assist her. I dont know but we felt so unwelcoming. We went there during winter and their beds have heaters which i barely felt. The only plus points that i can say are it has nicer breakfast compare to the other hostel we stayed prior to our stay here since aside from eggs and bread they also offer cup noodles, it is just few minutes walk to bus terminal, and around 10 minutes to airport by taxi. 

Average hostel

Perfect hostel for backpackers, closed to Jeju Intercity Bus Terminal (just 3 stops from Jeju International Airport with bus number 100). You can going everywhere in Jeju using bus from this terminal. From bus stop, walking across the road & follows the alley, in the first section turn left, walk around 100 meters & welcome to the hostel (hostel on the right). I booked double bed room with bathroom outside. This hostel equipped with kitchen (dispenser, stove, microvawe, plate etc) & make up room with some hairdryer. They provide TV & slippers too. Bedroom equipped with heater (because it still spring season). Bathroom equipped with shampoo & soap. I thin the price is reasonable. Open their website before booking.

Convenient hostel at the city center

upon our arrival, they just gave us key that apparently it's for our locker. while, there's a locked door to reach area of our room. they should let us know or at least put printed instruction on how to open the door, i had to going back and worth to ask how until they follow me upstair. however, the location is great as to reach other area of jeju, you have to go to bus terminal, they are located right accross the terminal. remember that you cant use their kitchen. the warmed bed is a plus.

Cons
1) VERY VERY VERY RUDE and Unhelpful and non-experience Staffs. 

- 1st time asked the lady receptionist if she can book us a taxi to the airport but she just wrote a number and asked us to call ourselves. As if we can speak Korean or she expects the taxi company to English.

- Tried again with another gentlemen but he said he can only contact ONE taxi company whereas, Jeju has quite a few.
2) Room did not have hangers, requested and was given one hanger per guest. Ask for extra hanger was turned down.
3) Room only have 2 glass cup. Additional cup were entertained.
4) Asked for Coffee Mug but hotel did not have that. 
5) Only have 1 lift. Got to wait very long if others are using.
6) Staff basically can't understand simple English. I have to use Google translate to communicate with them. 
7) Towels are torn, dirty and brownish.
8) Floor heating is killing. You cannot control by yourself, and the floor is burning hot. Chocolate were melted.

Stay away with this hotel

First time staying at a hostel and had a wonderful time! Beautiful place and they provide free Wi-Fi, breakfast, and you can also use their kitchen.  It is quite near to the airport. You can take a taxi to come here

Lovely hostel

I've travelled for 8 months now so I've stayed in many hostels and this was one of the low points. Like the other reviews say, staff (except for one) here speak near zero English. They invited only the Koreans for a chicken and beer evening (free to attend, paid for by the profits from all our payments not just that of the Koreans). They give you the world's tiniest towel and take it away each day so you have to request another (why don't the cleaners replace it for you?? Not easy to request unless you speak Korean too). The cooked breakfast is only for an hour and at the late hour of 9am but I stayed 4 nights and only had 1 because my timing did not match it yet they didn't tell me there were other help yourself breakfast options (no English) so I paid for lots of food I didn't get to eat. The language thing is my fault for not speaking the language of the country i'm in but their booking site says the staff speak English. A girl in my room arrived 15 mins before check in and was told to come back at check in time...come on, it's 15 minutes! The nicest things I can say about this place is that it's clean and by the bus terminal. I'm 5' 7" and when I lie on my stomach my feet hang off the end of the beds so they're definitely not made for westerners. The koreans there are also very inconsiderate using the hair drier right outside the room at 11.30pm despite the sign saying no noise after 10pm then coming in and out for hours rather than being courteous and just going straight to bed and letting others sleep. It's overpriced, I felt excluded, and I would definitely not stay here again.  

Fine if you're korean, avoid if you're not!!!!!

clean room equipped  with stove which is totally useless, unless for those who love to cook during vacation. air-con only available in the month of June onwards, since no aircon supply in the month of May, the hotel expect the guest to open the window for fresh air (which traffic can be heard at night and smell of cigarette entering via the window) . no fan provided when there is no air-con supply. Breakfast was okay with some basic choices.

simple and clean

We stayed at this hotel on our last day of Jeju. It located near Airport (15 min. driving) and close to most rental car places to drop it. Small but clean room. One funny thing that we experienced is that bed mattress keep slips down when we sit and  lean to headboard to watching TV or doing some work. They should put something slip proof pad between mattress and bottom board.  Very satisfied breakfast. Most hotel in Korea served boiled egg but this hotel Chef served perfect scrambled eggs.  Soup was really delicious also. Thanks to Chef. We really enjoyed our breakfast at this hotel.

Clean, Location

Rooms are alright, but quite often you have to live without hot water.  Internet is free and fast.  Breakfast serves only 2 dishes, egg and veg.  Location is good, within walking distances to the shopping and eateries. Overall, it is ok if all you need is a good sleep.  Sound proofing not that great, hears lots of door slamming in the morning.
