Chose this hotel through booking.com and thought that looks nice and price wasn't that cheap as wanna stay at Seogwipo to be more convenient to some scenic area around the area.  However, it's been so disappointing already with the taxi ride to the Hotel since the driver can't find the hotel even calling the hotel reception to check.  

Upon arrival, the staff didn't speak English but the website said language is English, Chinese and Korean.   That's cheating.  As individual travellers who don't drive, they just told you there's nothing to eat close by the Hotel and it took us 20 mins drive on taxi (yes, you have to order taxi every time you need to go out by paying extra ₩1,000.). What annoyed me most was that the supervisor asked if I wanted to cancel my booking.  I asked him back how am i going to find a hotel now as that's Korean holidays too.  

The room itself was reasonably spacious, no amenities except two bottles of water, no adaptor at all and please be reminded that if you don't bring one or forget to bring one, don't ever think of getting that in Seogwipo city.  We searched and not successful!  Kind of service Apartment type of Hotel at remote area of Pause at Jeju.  Somehow, I was so regretted that I chose here which I thought it's closer to Hallasan which wasn't really at all.  

One thing have to thank the hotel that their supervisor who asked if i wanna cancel my room sent us to the bus terminal upon our departure.  BUT he gave us wrong info about Jeju city at all!!  

Not again if you don't drive nor speaking Korean

The hotel itself was spacious, clean and trendy and a bit close to the city center but not a walking distance so you will definitely be needing a vehicle if you choose to stay in this hotel if you want to explore the city.

I would have given this place a good review but we felt staff was not as friendly, especially from the kitchen staff and we had their breakfast at least 4 times. Once we had asked if we could switch to another table because my children wanted to sit at a table that had these cool chairs and a staff snapped at us and said, "NO, only reserved for two people!" Although we had seen Korean families sat at those tables before. Then, another time I had a female staff roll her eyes and mumble when she saw us coming.  Just not a very welcoming atmosphere for my family.  Also, keep in mind you don't get to choose your meals. It is already prepared and it's Korean breakfast. It was just OK. 

Would I recommend this place?! NO, I say go elsewhere. There are so many hotel choices at a much better location and hopefully at a more hospitable one.

Could be better

Was stayed here for 3 nights. A spacious room with trendy design. Enjoy my stay with my family here, love the environment, a new concept of the hotel. The breakfast provided met our expectations too. There have a 24 hours mini mart too.

A place like a home in Jeju

Probably one of the biggest hotels in Jeju, brand new, the rooms were clean with everything we could expect. Not too far from city center of Seogwipo, i would definitely recommend this place for families, and friends. Big rooms and big bathrooms. But a bit far to the lobby/restaurant if your room is on the top of the hill.

Huge, clean and comfortable apartment with kitchen, smart TV, AC & free Wifi. 
Bright and big bathroom. 

Breakfast: wide choice of Korean and western food, always fresh and warm. 
Staff friendly and professional. 

Parking, washing facilities and market. 

A great place to stay.
