City Park Hotel Seoul

I had low expectations about this hotel when I booked it. Based on the descriptions in one of the hotel booking websites, this is considered a motel. This type of hotels in the Philippines unfortunately has low reputation for almost everything. But... PROS: -This hotel has huge consideration to cleanliness. I’ve stayed in some hotels in Europe and the US that sometimes they just skip your room after missing room service hours. This hotel made sure that our room is clean even after the service hours. They did that consistently in our 6 days stay -Free coffee for 2 daily. Free noodles for 2 daily -Most hotel provide you with small amount of soap, shampoo, conditioner etc. This hotel will give you huge bottles of each plus huge bottles of lotion, perfume, cologne and even toothpaste. Each bottles are replenished daily too. -The room is not big but good enough to move around. -For extra security, the room has 2 doors. One can be unlocked using the key card while the other door can be locked manually -Has huge parking space if you’re bringing a car -Each room has huge TV, hairdryer, a desktop computer with internet access and a bath tub. Amazing for a motel type accommodation. CONS: -The staffs don’t speak good English but it’s okay. Practice some sign language and you’ll live -The restaurant don’t look like one to me. It’s more like a storage room unfortunately Other than those setbacks, we had a great stay at City Park Hotel Jongno and will definitely book this hotel again if given the chance!
