We were moved to this guesthouse after an incident with the hostel we were supposed to be staying at. The staff were kind and welcoming, managing to arrange our room and booking at no extra cost late in the night. The room is well sized with a kitchenette, private bathroom and double bed. Very close to the station and also siloam sauna. Pretty much everything you could ask for. Very clean and cosy, and always warm when entering! They also have a pet cat in the main area downstairs which is cute. 

Little home

Stayed just overnight to be close to Seoul Station for an early morning train. SoloJoes directions were spot on - left out of exit 15, cross the street and past the GS gas station and the cafe, you can see SS Guesthouse just up the hill. I also stayed in room 303, plenty of space, very basic, and ridiculously small towels. Code to get in and out is great, no chance of losing your key (take a picture with your phone). The whole stay was ruined by how loud it was. Loud noise on the stairs and in the halls. You can hear the neighbors clearly. The group of young men who came home at 0230 were horribly inconsiderate and loud. This lasted an hour and no front desk to call for assistance. Not sure I would stay again, absolutely not if if there isn’t a room away from the stairs (and likely kitchens). 

Good room for a short stay- way too noisy

Room is very Spacious. Location near the Seoul Station, very accessible. Staff accomodating. Big bathroom.

Breakfast consists of bread, jam, butter, milk, cereal,juice, coffee and empty Nutella jar. They provide two small towels per room per day. No bedroom slippers. One pillow per guest. No bidet in the bathroom/toilet.

Don't expect too much for the price you pay.”

Stayed in the Studio apartment for a total of 10 nights. 
The place is very clean and is only 5 minutes to the Seoul Station.
The washing machine in the room came in handy. Almost like
home away from home. 
Staff were friendly can communicate  reasonable well in English.
Breakfast was very basic - toast, cereal, juice, coffee and tea.

The towels supplied were clean but a tad small. Good to bring a set
of your own toiletries.

Excellent, will stay there again for future holidays in Seoul

We booked a private room and were pleasantly surprised by the size of the room and bathroom. The bed was comfy. Bathroom was nice, good wet room style. Only minus is that the room got very stuffy, but once we figured out how to open the balcony doors (more complicated than you'd think) it was fine. The access codes to the building and room - top tip - bring them with you before you head out as it's so easy to forget them! Handy to have free water to top up water bottle before heading out. So handy being near Seoul station too.
