We had an excellent week, and all the staff were friendly and polite. The food was good, hot, and well presented. Read other reviews for good tips and hints. There are a lot of steps, so it's not the place for you if you have mobility issues. There are plenty of sun loungers around the pools. The only downside I heard about was that a guest fell asleep while sterilizing baby bottles on the cooker. The plastic bottles caught fire, filling the room with smoke; the guest did manage to get his wife and baby out. when informing reception, he was told, " it is a silent alarm that notifies reception but it was at a staff changeover and was ignored." All in all, "it did what it said on the tin"
