We have just returned from the GF Isabel hotel. We were there for a week with Jet2 holidays on a bed and breakfast option. On arrival we were checked in very quickly and advised of all the amenities within the hotel complex. We were in an apartment (number 23) which was lovely and had the advantage of sun on the balcony from 10:30am until sunset. Unfortunately, I was not very well during the first few days of our break and had to call for a doctor. This is where the hotel staff excelled themselves - Katia and Isabel on reception were outstanding in their care and handling of the situation ( thank-you so much to both of you for the way you helped me). The hotel is very clean and all the staff were really friendly. I would advise buying books of tickets to use at the various bars throughout the hotel as this will save you money. There are books of 10 tickets for both alcohol and non- alcohol drinks. The non-alcohol are 25 euros and include soft drinks and coffee. The alcohol version is 40 euros and each ticket will get you one large beer or 2 glasses of wine (red, white or cava). Also, whilst we were there, it was my birthday and we came back to the room to find a card, bottle of cava and some chocolates - a lovely touch. Thank-you very much. The location of the hotel is slightly out of the way (10 mins walk to beach and 15/20 mins walk to main bars/restaurants). Breakfast was good with lots of variety - buffet style. All in all, I would definitely recommend this hotel as long as you don’t have mobility issues. Staff are superb and it is kept beautifully clean.
