this hotel is very nice and very well run, friendly staff, room cleaned and towel change every day,meals were very nice with plenty of choice, and drinks prices were reasonable, having said all that the only disappointment we had was the balcony in our room, we got the sun most of the day, but looked on to a brick  wall and concrete shops.  My husband and i enjoy a glass of wine on the balcony, but  there was no outlook so this spoiled our holiday a bit .

This is a great hotel for families but felt it was not suitable for couples.  The noise in the dining room at night was not relaxing and feel if they want couples they could  have family meals 5-7 and a child free option.  Can't imagine the noise during school holidays.   We had the choice of alacarte 2 nights but only used it once, again little tweaks could make it better like tablecloth, candle, nice lighting and staff not dressed like security people

The rooms are all lovely with great views but a few little tweaks could make it better like somewhere to put your toiletries and a hook on back of door as everything ends up on the floor
To use the safe in the room you had to pay €18 which I have never done in other hotels
Love to go for a swim in the morning before breakfast but could not use the pool till 10am which is very late when you have been awake since six
The hotel is in a great location with in walking distance of shops, beach, restaurants and bars
Would love to take my grandchild there but would not go back as a couple

Families/Not Couples

I was accommodated there by Air Europa on February 28th!! I had to go to Las Palmas Land at 23.25 because it was not possible because of this severe storm that the islands had been asking for for days we were redirected to Teneriffe Sur..so we were reserved a room for me there until it was possible to fly home (Las Palmas). The hotel makes a good clean impression, the room I got with terrace to the beach and a small kitchen had everything you need to do for your vacation, it was friendly and clean. In the bathroom I had tooth, toothbrush, straw, shoe cleaner, as well as in the very lively Spanish shower, at the family shower. So I could talk out of my head with a handful of pieces. After a few minutes, I had to eat a little bit of cake. I had to sleep a little bit after breakfast, but I would not have been able to give it all back to the staff at the hotel, but I would have been able to eat it all as soon as possible!!!

Just been there for hours.

This 5 star well equipped beach fronted hotel / apartments is an absolute credit to the hovima group offering good value and quality in every aspect. From cleanliness to the pool ,food and entertainment it suits couples and families alike the staff from reception to cleaners were nothing short of fantastic  10 out of 10 we will be back 

Wonderful 

We recently enjoyed a family holiday at this hotel. The location was fab. It was very clean and staff were very pleasant and helpful. The entertainment/ animation crew in particular were great fun and brilliant with the children. The food was great with lots of choice and we will definitely visit there again. The only criticism I have is that considering it is a ‘family hotel’ there is no baby changing facilities in the toilets. 

Hovima la pinta family hotel, Tenerife 

We had a family holiday here  to celebrate my Birthday and we all had a fantastic time from a 3 yr old to an 80 yr old.
All the staff were pleasant and could not do enough nothing was too much trouble for them.
.the entertainments staff were brilliant thanks to them we has such a wonderful time..
Would certainly recommend this Hotel.
Thanks to you all hope to see you again sometime.

Holiday in February 2018

The hotel on the promenade was built from all sides by other hotels and buildings. The architecture of the hotel was very successful, our sea view apartment was very well equipped, except for a little bit in the bathroom - too little storage or hooks for towels. The hotel points out that it is not liable for stolen valuables, so we rented a safe, 18 EUR/week. The WiFi was good to very good. The breakfast was very good, and in the evening was varied, but not of quality. We would not take a half-session plus.

Horrible Noise from Animation

A place with an exceptional climate. Recently renovated facilities. It is very cool. Very good service. Everyone is very attentive, especially David Sánchez at the restaurant. The swimming pools are very good and the water temperature is also very good.

 Holidays

The hotel is perfectly located on the beach front and close to the Siam Mall (large shopping center), Siam Park (water park), countless bars, restaurants and shops. From its beach and promenade you can walk to other beaches. Still, the one they have is quite nice. The hotel has recently been renovated, so the view is quite pleasant and comfortable. The personal is exceptional, mentioning the attention of Jesus who made our visit unbeatable with his attention and recommendations. The buffet restaurant is impressive. The decoration is unique and the food varies every day. The cocktails in the bar are competitive and rich. There are also activities for adults and children. And at night there are good shows.

I want to repeat, very recommendable!

I'm and I'll be back in La pinta, a lovely place next to the beach in Tenerife... nice service and accommodation, but David stands out in terms of professionalism and service, as a bartender, a waiter, and almost as a friend.... I'm impressed by his love of work and professionalism... I want to highlight Olivier, as the best cocktail maker in the area and Ruben for his availability.... thank you guys for making us enjoy our luxurious holidays.....ps thank you very much to the entire animation team and to the superhero. 😉
