Agaete

Nice and quiet appartment, clean with lovely views. The big terrace was stunning!
But having stayed in 2 other properties during our holidays in the Canary Islands, we are forced to compare and this was our least favorite. Mostly because it is missing equipment (no dishwasher, no washing machine), coffee machine also need to be replaced as it was not working properly. Swimming pool is shared and is not heated, and as it can be a bit cloudy in this part of the Island, we only used it once... 
The worse part in our opinion for this appartment was the bed, The matrass wasnt very confortable unfortunatelly and it may require consideration for replacement... 
Overall we still enjoyed our stay very much and it is a nice get away from the busy holiday resorts of the south, and this is what we were looking for!

7/10 with a big plus for the terrace and view

Quick check-inn, Alejandro was super!

Easy access to the natural pools and the small cozy city of Agaete.

We were charged the deposit amount normally which was, as usual, supposed to pay back to us after the stay. We did not get back all the deposit amount, 50e was missing of the whole amount so we contacted the customer service. They said they charged the 50e because "we broke something". We were not asked anything about this and we definitely did not break anything and asked what this is all about, maybe a mistake? We were sent pics that we had "broken two candles"...  Well, they were battery operated and we used them few evenings, so propably the battery had ran out...? I have no idea how you can "break" these items otherwise.... We responded and did not get any answer back anymore... (Creditcard company paid us back the amount the hotel did not, so no problem). 

So do not use the candles in the lanterns! The batteries seem to be superexpencive.... ;)

Beautiful apartment

We had a fantastic stay all-around.  Check-in was a breeze and Alejandro was very helpful in getting us settled.  Parking was very secure in the covered/gated structure.   The flat itself is lovely, just like the pictures, with our highlights being the amazing rooftop deck and very comfy beds! Wifi and AC both worked perfectly.  Would recommend without hesitation, five stars!

Perfect flat for a relaxing getaway! 

We spent a fantastic few days in the suites, which are very well equipped and very nice and quiet, really a place to unwind and enjoy an impressive nature.

It's wonderful!

We need a place to forget work, commitments and recharge. THE SUITES was just perfect. The view from our apartment was astonishing. The location just what we needed, close to the old village of Agaete full of interesting people and by the port where we took the boat for a day trip to Tenerife. Everything was in good conditions and we really enjoyed ourselves. I really recommend the place. Relax and enjoy. 

Amazing view perfect for relax and enjoy life

The Suites Agaete is an apartment in a new residential complex that is mainly used by Spaniards. During the week it was very quiet, only on the weekend it was a bit troublesome. The check-in went smoothly. A few days before our arrival we made a meeting with the nice landlord Raúl. The apartment fully corresponds to the photos shown. The highlight is the rooftop terrace with a fantastic view of mountains and sea. We also enjoyed the small balcony for the small dining area. The apartment is very well equipped: supermattresses, nice bathrooms, extra toilet seating, Tassimo-Cafeter with a small car seat on the rooftop. The hotel has been a great place to relax and enjoy a relaxing atmosphere. We have been able to watch and listen to all the programs for about 20 days, and at the end of the day, we have only been able to see and listen to the air conditioning of the hotel.

Relaxing days in The Suites Agaete

I loved everything in general..not the lack of anything..views, amenities, details, etc..The living room is spectacular with views from the bed.Every corner is perfectly clean.It is equipped with everything you can use!

It's incredible to disconnect so, I'll repeat soon!!

+++++: as much the quality of this duplex apart as the competence and efficiency of the manager of The Suite. > site in great calm, a little away from AGAETE, with panoramic views of the sea and the mountainous coast > layout of the apart very neat, functional and comfortable, really super-equipped (kitchen equipment, home appliances, multimedia...) ; terrace solarium large format + swimming pool; > several quite secure places, under the close supervision of a rather cozy concierge; alleys, hostel, swimming pool carefully maintained. > Ideal for a quiet stay, away from the hustle and bustle of the neighbours, in a fairly unsaturated environment, especially AGAETE: we have found a number of restaurants in the countryside - we have always found a number of places in the main street of Canaria - the main street and the roads around the village - we have always had access to a number of restaurants - particularly the highways and the beaches - which we have always recommended for those who come to visit:

This apartment is the best I've seen so far in this form! It has a loosely equipped rooftop terrace that can match a 4*+ hotel. The supplier's photos don't promise much. Equipment: - lower floor with kitchen/living room, guest bathroom and hallway as well as a small balcony with seating area - lower floor with bedroom, bathroom and huge 50m2 rooftop terrace with outdoor showers, bedrooms and seating area The kitchen:... super-equipped with everything you need. (coffee machine, water tank you have a very nice Tassimo coffee machine...) The upper floors are very well equipped with a few minutes' walk away (the upper floors were plenty of rooms) The upper floors have a large size area of I-Mac and I-Mac, and a large terrace has a spacious swimming pool, a spacious beach and a spacious swimming pool. - There are a few places to stay in the city. - There is a few minutes' walk away from the beach and even a few minutes's walk away from the beach. - There is a nice place

A jewel in the north of Gran Canaria!

We had a magical time at The Suite, Agaete. New well furnished apartment in a gated community overlooking the sea and mountains. The apartment has modern amenities and supplies well stocked. We loved the hospitality of Raul & Aridai and hope to visit Agaete soon. Agaete is an undiscovered gem in Gran Canaria if you wish to be away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

Downside: Payment to Raul had to be made only in Cash or bank draft (no credit or debit cards, paypal, etc).
