It's a nice place. Has several rooms. I think the staff is made up of two people. They smoke quite a bit in the lobby, so it smells of cigarette's, which I'm not fond of. The room was nice, got AC which is important if you're going to visit in the summer. Bathrooms were very clean. It also had strong Wi-Fi. Our security box wasn't working, which was the only bad thing about the room. We were staying for a convention he had a few minutes away, which was perfect for us. I wouldn't recommend it if you're wanting to be close to Madrid. It's about a 30 min drive and if you don't have a car it's difficult to get into town. There's not much around the hotel. There's a few restaurants and cafes. The town is very small, not much to see. If you're wanting to experience Madrid and enjoy it to the full, I suggest you stay closer to the city. If you have a car then I don't see why it would be a problem to stay here. It was like 40 Euros a night, which isn't bad.

Nice hotel

Booked this hotel as it was advertised as having shuttle transfer, safety deposit box a taverna across the rd and breakfast. However the safety deposit box was unusable as no batteries, the taverna has been closed for a while, there is no transfer from the airport and on sunday the bar that served breakfast was closed all day even though we had paid for breakfast that day. Staff were very difficult to find and spoke very little english. The room was clean and great air conditioning but would nt stay again.

dissapointing

I stayed here for one night in May 2012 before heading to the airport the next morning. The room was clean and the bathroom impeccable, but this is not an ideal airport hotel. The owners have a bar of some kind across the street that they either own or frequent, so there's rarely any staff in the hotel itself. It took several minutes to find someone to let me into the hotel off the street, and only one staff member speaks a little english. I found it easier to just speak in spanish. A couple in the room next to me were either blasting their TV, or the walls are very thin. They were actually the only people I saw in the hotel, aside from the staff members I had to hunt down. When I came down for my 5am shuttle to the airport, the place was deserted. No bell to ring, no phone numbers posted, and no phone number for a cab service. I walked around making noise until someone took notice. Overall, not a pleasant hotel experience, and I would suggest just getting a hotel or hostel closer to town.
