The doors were not closing properly, very inconvenient beds and the permanent smell of a detergent in the apartment.  Beside of this , there are a lot of sandy flies at nights as it close to the dunes and marsh.   We stayed at zone 5 - it's annoyingly far away from the beach as there's no way to the beach across the marsh and dunse - so you have to make 2 km to the main street.  And no wifi.

Smelly old apartments

We stayed in a 2 bed apartment with our two children (4&7) for a week I made August. It's not clear when booking that the apartments don't have their own pool. However, this wasn't a problem as there are 3 pools very close which you can use and hire sunbeds/buy food and drink. Our apartment was ground floor in zone 4 and was great. It was very clean and had everything we needed. We ate out a lot but had enoug to do some pasta, beans on toast, breakfast, etc. There was a seating area with tables and chairs out the front and a small balcony out the back to dry clothes. Also a washing machine, but we didn't use that. Wifi is good too and free. 
Son Bou is beautiful, it's a lovely, clean, family friendly resort with a great beach. The resor isn't cheap Andy the supermarkets and restaurants compare to English prices. We didn't hire a car as Justin wanted a relaxing chilled week, with lovely weather we had a great time. The airport is only about Twenty minutes away.
Menorca vacations were lovely, helpful and gave us some good tips to explore the area. We booked with TUI but would book direct next time as we didn't attend the welcome meeting and didn't need our rep.overall a perfect family holiday in the sun.

A lovely week in Son Bou

Stayed in apartment 174.  On arriving at reception to collect keys the staff were v friendly and gave us all the information we needed for our stay.   

As check out is at 10am and our flight wasn’t until late evening, they advised that we could leave our cases with them and they also had shower facilities.

We were only there for one week and the cleaner came in once during our stay.   A good mixture of nationalities staying there.   

The site has a pool but if you want sun beds you have to pay 3 euros.  We didn’t bother as Son Bou has such a great beach we were there every day.

Friendly, helpful and professional

Menorca Vacations staff were very friendly,  helpful, they responded promptly to issues and they even booked a taxi for us. We stayed in a great apartment 10 minutes for the town centre. Menorca Vacations made our stay in Son Bou special.

We willfully repeat the holiday of last year the reason we were very good in every way and I invite all those who love good food, tranquility, dream sea and the professionalism of all staff to book a holiday at the village son bou a minorca.

Holidays

Lovely little costal town in Menorca. Friendly and very clean. We did go right at the end of season though so was very quiet and pieceful. Lovely little bay around five mins walk from hotel with a cafe/bar and a little beach shop.

family holiday in Galdana

We stayed in southern Minorca villas, which are far from the beach. A cottage surrounded by others of the same size. It has an outdoor swimming pool, as well as a small BBQ. Enough space for 4/6 guests. We lack basic amenities such as oil/salt/speciality/paper toilet/dish soap... If you are going to spend less than a week it is impractical to have to buy these things.

Pleasant apartment.

We were in a villa with a swimming pool. The attention of the fantastic reception. Any request was answered immediately. Wi-Fi connectivity for our children to navigate the Internet was provided to us when they spent the mega (which was quite a few times). The villas are very well equipped. Clean. With all the comforts imaginable. The pool is great!! A beautiful and very quiet town. Sure we will be back!!

Great organization, fantastic attention from the audience!!

We stayed in an apartment for 2 people in Son Bou on a high street. Preciously equipped and with spectacular views of the beach. You left food for breakfast, coffee, fruit, bread, oil, eggs.

The perfect apartment for relaxing.

We spent a week in the Villa Menorca sur. The reception at the reception was very friendly and welcoming. Also, contact with the rental company before the holidays was very friendly and the requests were answered extremely quickly. Then we received a welcome basket in the villa, which included everything to prepare a dinner and breakfast. The products were very generous. The villa was extremely quiet and very clean. The infrastructure was absolutely top. Once a week the cleaning team came and brought new laundry and carried out a quick cleaning. Here too, everyone was very friendly. The pool was also regularly cleaned. We felt very welcome and super-supported all week long. We couldn't make it better - it's easy!
