No complaints about the apartment, totally correct, good beds, great rest. Perfect cleanliness. I'm not going to give my opinion as it's quite subjective, but I do want to point out to people who plan to rent these apartments, who don't have WiFi and who do have air conditioning but charge you 10€ a night.

Clean housing, very quiet residence for the period we stayed there Large swimming pool, very clean. What I didn't like was that there are grids to cross everywhere, 3 to access the pool, it's safe, but it would take a kit per person. Contrary to many of the opinions, I have to say that I really liked this place. The location is not a first line beach, but it is a 5-minute drive away. It is in a very quiet place. The apartment is very nice and with all the utilities needed to spend a few days. It has everything needed. The swimming pool is very nice. The staff who delivers the keys very carefully and the maintenance also. Our air conditioning was not working and we were offered to change apartments quickly. So the cost cannot be asked for more. To spend a few days with family I recommend it.

I went out the day before, and if you don't mind going. Apartment for enanitos, abuhardillado, my husband beating his head off all day long. Far away no, next, from the beach and town. When entering the reception, a girl from the eastern countries was not very well received, simply because she had hired another wholesaler other than Marcomar's son. The basic, basic, and quite trillado apartment. The beach is very far away, unless you take a path, between the Pinos, cacas and pises, to get as close as possible to a cove, that is.... beautiful!! In the residential you are like a rat, everything locked with key and bars, without emergency exits or signage, I don't know how the Valencian Community Administration allows it.

Find another better place!!

It's the second time we've been to these apartments and we repeat because, while it's not a luxury place, it's a spacious, quiet place and where you're staying in August. We had a basement, two bedrooms with a large terrace, a complete kitchen and a complete bathroom. Well, the apartment requires maintenance, and there are details that are arranged in a very homey manner, other things don't just work as they should...from the use and passage of time. So, the apartment is very comfortable, very spacious and there's no shortage of anything. The location is NOT the best, but by a path you can access the white cove, which is a wonder.
