Very relaxing place, great if you travel to Toledo. Just 20 min drive to the center of Toledo. Helpful staff, very good restaurant - food was delicious.
Small SPA area - you need it after walking all day in Toledo.
Rather for adults than children.

Quiet place in the middle of nowhere and close to everything

Great stay with family. Great playing area for young kids and swimming pool. Very nice & welcoming staff. Nice hotel in the countryside, perfect sleep. We got 1 hour horse riding for the kids, the instructor was very patient. Played padel on the court as well. Very easy and relaxed.

Great for families

Selected this hotel as a half way stop between Marbella and Santander for the ferry. We travel with two small dogs and were delighted with the Hotel.  

On booking we were sent excellent directions which made for an easy journey. As soon as we arrived we felt welcomed, humans and dogs.  A nice room complete with two dog bowls.  Plenty of places outside to walk our dogs.  I believe we had one of the standard rooms and it was perfectly adequate for one night if not longer. 

The pool area looked lovely, unfortunately we didn’t have enough time to enjoy all the facilities. 

We had a few drinks in the bar area and then a table outside in the restaurant.  Our dogs stayed with us all the time.  I struggled a bit with the restaurant menu, especially the first course as the options were limited.  I would have preferred a couple of simple options.  Just a personal preference. 

We will definitely book again next year and possibly stay an extra night to enjoy the location and facilities.   Very impressed. 

Superb 

We really enjoyed our stay here. We were only there for two nights but it was enough time for us to form a very good impression. The room was big with a nice view over the countryside. Bathroom was nice but it was a bit strange that there wasn’t a great deal of privacy between the room and the bathroom. It is an easy drive from the hotel to Toledo and it was relatively easy to find. The food was excellent and well priced. The pool and garden area are probably the weakest bit of the hotel. The umbrellas don’t offer total shade and the loungers are ok but not that comfortable which was surprising because the rest of the hotel is really well finished. The best bit about the hotel are the staff who are just lovely and genuinely concerned that the guests are having a good time. Fernando in particular is a really nice man and a credit to the hotel.

Lovely staff

Lovely hotel which is in a remote area surrounded by olive trees and rabbits. Visited as a couple with a dog, who really enjoyed the surrounding walks. Heating, hot water and Air Con in the room was quite erratic, which resulted in us waking in the night extremely hot. Two lights in the room weren’t working but staff soon replaced one of them once we had brought it to their attention. Had meal in the evening which was delicious. Try the Wild Boar stew and Pork Loin...very good. Not so good were the freezing cold bread rolls and cold plates and dishes. Those final touches would have made a difference to the rating, as we were the only guests dining, indeed, possibly the only guests in the hotel. Breakfast was extremely disappointing, we were looking for a light cereal and toast, but were served huge bowls of kids chocolate cereal with hot milk which we couldn’t eat. Managed to get two eggs with tostada, which was just a warmed up bread roll and two stale buns. Make sure you specify breakfast on the booking as otherwise it will not be catered for. However, the situation of the hotel itself is very impressive. 

Spanish trip

A wallet with 60euros in it was stolen from our drawer in the room. The hotel insisted on the trustworthiness of their staff, but the fact is that the wallet was gone while we were in the pool and the hotel has done nothing beyond “checking the room again”. This has left us with a really unpleasant feeling and we will definitely not come back and not recommend the hotel.

Other than that, this is an isolated and peaceful hotel with generally good but limited choice of food and mostly friendly service. Rooms and facilities are in need of maintenance and wifi is only available in some areas and not consistently.
