It is well located in a fantastic building with free parking inside. It has been greatly renovated but lacks features. Perhaps a little abandoned in terms of cleanliness and little personal. The living room, very vintage.

We booked two nights with breakfast included and I felt embarrassed about what they had. There was only one option to choose between coffee or juice, a madalena or a toast. We cooked toast (pan de bimbo!!!!) and the option salad or sweet. The sweet was with over-sour jam and the salad was with tomatoes and oil RATED NONE MORE!!!! No way to know how not to serve them, zero variety and quality. They have no reception service and so they are proud of that they can have the decency of serving serrian breakfasts.

The hotel's location is very good, right behind the town hall and bars of pinchos and drinks nearby. Inside it is beautiful and is refurbished, very cozy. What made the score so low was the breakfast. I will never forget it. We booked with breakfast included (not if that made it a bad quality..). The fact is that breakfast consisted of ONE loaf of just roasted pan bimbo and a couple of loafs of jam york or butter and jam. The cold butter that could not be extended...A disaster....at least two toasts!! and neither was the coffee of a better quality....and not even a little juice or something...I think that breakfast should cost 0,50 or 10!!

Catastrophic breakfast is a disaster.

We had booked two nights. We arrived the first day and found a festival on the ground floor. Of which we are informed that the 'top' music will end at 00:00. It is a small hotel with a single floor, so the loud music could be heard inside the rooms. We asked the owner who responded indifferently to the 'today we will not sleep' event. Pay to not be able to sleep. When a group of guests complained and Rita arrived, the police stopped the music. They stayed the whole night knocking on doors, jumping down the stairs of the building, we could not do anything. Unfortunately, we switched from hotel the following week to a recommended quality hotel, Hotel Europa.

The very unpleasant receptionist during the check-out didn't say a word we had to leave the card on top of the reception. Very uncomfortable beds, very little light and very tight shower makes it difficult to take a shower for people with strong or very little mobility.

Bad stay

My wife and I stayed overnight in this hotel before continuing our journey to our final destination. Nothing more to enter, you realize that it is a tastefully decorated country house. The room was on the top floor, the only one but, since there were numerous stairs to climb and I, at least, didn't see if there was an elevator for people with reduced mobility. The comfort of the bed was the best of the stay, as well as the silence during the few hours we spent in that room. Close to the hotel, numerous bars and cafes, make it possible to grab something without any problem. The hotel's free parking, another point to keep in mind.

apparently I wasn't the first who arrived at the place with all doors closed, I arrived at 2:30 pm (reception open 7:30 till midnight - according to the booking) ...the place was locked down ....after about 20 min I started taking pics so suddenly the owner lady opened the door and let me in ...in a rather hostile way ...she took the data and asked for the payment for the 3 nights immediately ...this was the only time I ever saw the reception open during 3 days; the room was small and very dark, only 2 bulbs out of 3 worked, the room was cramped with old pieces of furniture; the house looks nice but the room wasn't too nice as a quarter; the wifi which should work according to the booking in the whole place did not work in the room ...so I was sitting near the bar for 2 hours to do some internet stuff ...the bar was never open nothing was served ....when asking where to get a coffee ...the lady pointed to the city ....asking for the railway station ...she said there are two ..no further elaboration; since the place is always locked down the electronic door opening card also works for the front door, not very well ...a bit outdated ...so when I returned and it was raining and pampered with the door opening card for a while till it finally opened ...the lady was sitting inside not 60 ft away and could not open ....this place is hostile and the due to the announced but not available offerings like wifi, reception etc ...a complete fraud ....there is another place down the road called Harrison by far a better choice

Hotel in a very quiet area around Bilbao.The hotel is very small but very cozy, as it has charming details.The room they gave me was very tidy, unlike the classic chain hotel rooms.Repetition.

We went to Bilbao this weekend and I don't know why, because all the prices were skyrocketing, so we decided to stay nearby, and we also have some friends in Lemoa and it's 3 minutes away. The hotel is small, has its own entrance to the parking lot that is free and no reservation needed. As I say it's a small hotel, with few rooms, and I say few because the same person who hosted us, the next day was preparing breakfast and cleaning. We can say that it's rustic rooms because the hotel is like a big old house, they're very spacious, they're the ones that touched us. They were clean rooms and the beds were commodes. The bathroom was clean and spacious. The girl who hosted us showed us everything that she had arrived at 23:30 in the afternoon, and then she showed me how to do it, so she showed us how to get to the hotel and then she showed us how to do it.

That's very correct.

This is a small hotel located in an old mansion in the center of Amorebieta, just behind the town hall.The rooms are very cozy, and quiet, to put a spell on it, is that when you stay like you're alone in the hotel, there's no one there.
