Asked for some water and they did refuse to serve it. 20 euros for 4 drinks and some croquettes.

Kids wanted some ice cream, but none was offered. No alternatives either.

The place has a good location by the Castle, but service and pricing was extremely disappointing.

Expensive and bad service

Nothing else enters that most attracts your attention is an eye of light that has the abandoned plants, a lady cares for her without any press or image, no ask for days or hours to make the entrance what they are obliged to do. Nothing else reaches the room we find the door open and on a table a towel on the table without silk, the bedclothes with matches in yellowish tones, in the bathroom in the tank had hair, in the room there is 1 balcony and two windows whose windows do not clean for months the patio of the site is palpable. When we call to communicate what we have seen in the room we do not receive a response 30 minutes later, since we had to call several numbers and no conclusion was answered.

Disdain for the world.

Please take 2 minutes and read why you should NOT come.The plates are all dirty, we came with reservations and they didn't bother to clean or even put the menu.The food is a newborn serving and over stealing; we didn't get the salad (it was 5 mizeros platos) and they put it on our bill.We commented on it and they only paid half the price of the salad.It's amazing that they proclaim themselves a restaurant.Don't be silly and ignore the reviews that all coincide.

Come if you like to lose money.

The food was quite good. We ordered the Gastro menu and it was very abundant and of good quality. The location is good, in the center of Arenas, overlooking the mountains, although next to a somewhat busy parking lot. The worst, without a doubt, is the service. Basic, roasting or coding directly with poor education, and slow. To the question nos can you bring coffee, please?, the answer was: Yes, when it is. Well... finally, a pity, but not to return.

I'll leave you with the count so you can check.Beers were two cans.Ration of croquettes was 8 only.From potatoes in small quantities.Each slice of bread is 1.2€, it's abusive.The service is terrible.

No recommended, poor care and everything else is expensive.

I was having lunch this morning, looking forward to the weekend with my mom and thinking about eating the delicious beef steak that I always tasted here. We asked for a beef steak made of scalopines and she offered to serve it with a pistol. When the beef steak came up, the pistol was placed above it, you know, like when you want to cover something. The two cold sausages inside weren't just a steak, badly cut and fibrous. The potatoes were fresh and fried again in the moment. The salad was swimming in water alone. The boy was very nice until the two sausages were served with a pistol. We offered a post for my mother with milk. The place where we were cooking was no longer so cold that the other sausages had been charged had been returned to the local area. The people of San Pedro and Las Vegas, however, did not know that we could go to the best places in the world.

Negative, nefarious, very deficient, better or closer.

We spent only one night but it was horrible. We left on the weekend of 22/02.We had a party just below the room with the sleeping bags that were forgotten.The party ended after 04:00 in the morning.Then at 07:00 they started beating with the bags, the short time I was hoping to sleep was zero.We were not notified of the party, nor were we given an option.When we ordered the complaint sheet, the lady who waited for us said no largas, saying no largas, more than half an hour, according to her, she followed without finding them.With the bags, how we had to go we couldn't put the corresponding bags on.No advice for you.A total respect for those who are staying in the hotel.

A song of praise.

Why embarrassing: 1.Old, worn towels and the color was assumed to be white because they were yellowish and colored to have been washed with colored clothes. 2.The tank's pipe dripped all night. 3.The bidet would drain water everywhere. 4.The hot water would come out as much as it could and with very little force. 5.In the hallways there was a smell of food coming from the kitchen and the smells were so strong that they permeated the clothes. 6.The service served bad and unpleasant in its responses. 7.We got to room 208 two days before the whole thing. 8.A three-star hotel that would not be served by anything but two stars. 9.It is one that had four nights to spend in the old town of Bodel and the other hotels like the Bodelville Hotel.

It's a shame.

I started by saying the only good thing about the hotel, the central location and views of the castle and the mountains from the room where we were staying, as well as the cleanliness. By the way, the room was small, no matter where there was room for two tables, there was only one on one side of the bed.

The photos did not match the room we were given, our era was very old. They gave us the keys and gave us no further explanation. We had to find out for ourselves that there was an elevator and the floor where the room was. The room did not have WiFi and the air conditioning did not work... no, I would recommend it, part of the excessive price that we were charged for some terrible facilities.
