The hotel is beautifully decorated, the room is very clean and attentive to every detail, the staff is super attentive to us and I would recommend it 1000 times and the perfect location for the beach and for walking.

We're happy with the room, the room is charming and cozy, the staff is very friendly, the terrace they have on the top floor is spectacular enough to stay overnight, very close to the beach of Carmen and a very affordable price for any pocket.

I love the apartment, the very nice bathroom and the best near everything and the Playa del Carmen, but what I love most is the personal treatment of my friend Edu, whom I am happy to meet and his lovely accommodation.

El Hostal Trafalgar de Barbate we found it normal, with nothing good to say. for us it was expensive for what it is, but the worst of all was that we were charged the total amount twice (the first time on the day we arrived and the second time a few days later). we counted at home, called them and talked to them, they told us they would check it and call us, we are still waiting, we were neither called nor picked up the phone. we do not recommend it, and those who have gone to return the bank statement after a few days, as we may not be the only ones who have found this.

Poor quality-price ratio and charge per duplicate.

Comfortable and clean room, freezer and typical bathroom dryer, in the room there is a bottle of shampoo, personal toilet gel in addition to hydroalcoholic gel, complies with the covid measures, we checked virtually and there is no problem with the arrival time since the hostel has digits that open the door, the best location, a few meters from the beach and with supermarket and services in the same vicinity.

Below I detail the experience by dismantling a lot of information from previous comments: 1.The location is not close to the beach.It is in the middle of the village in a normal street. 2.The hostel is entering by marking a pin (in a typical neighborhood street where neighbors are talking while they search the entrance to their house.No security) 3.Everything that the comments about service and attention say is false.In the hall there is a stand with a totally ghostly PC.In two days no one has passed by.Supposedly there is a hostel, but we do not get to know a person. 4.We get the idea that if we don't get to know who the next door neighbor is, then we will get to know who the next door neighbor is, and our mobile phone will tell us that we need to know something about the history of the bathroom.

It's a shameful scam, zero service, and cheating.

Very comfortable, cozy and clean. The lovely owner, adapts to the needs of the traveler. Very recommended. A lovely terrace on the rooftop. In the village you eat very well and the spectacular beach.

The hostel is very well located 1 minute walk from the beach. Very clean and comfortable. The atmosphere is fantastic, make you feel at home. The staff is very friendly and fun. A place 100% recommended.

A great experience.

I've been traveling through dozens of countries and hotels, hostels, etc... Different, but here we really felt like home. Everything closer, confident, attentive, and above all reasonable. Close to the beach, but that's the least, the attention and adaptability are unbeatable.

How at home?

It's more than a hostel, a house by the sea, it's very clean and the treatment is great, I'm looking forward to coming back.
