In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that late check-in has the following surcharges: - From 20:00 to 22:59: EUR 30 - From 23:00 to 02:00: EUR 50 Please note that only the number of guests indicated at booking can enter the property. Parties and noise are not allowed. The lost keys carry an extra charge of EUR 100.
