Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. EasySleep will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property's details, including the address and where to collect keys, will be emailed to you. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform Easysleep Borne in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that reservations for guests under 25 years old are not accepted. When booking more than 3 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply. The security deposit will be 300€ per apartment, not per reservation.
