When we arrived we had to sign a paper with all the regulations of the room. So there went all the hospitality! They told us also that they had stopped with surving breakfast. Coffee or tea were always available. The rooms are tiny but modern. The windows are shut and painted white so you can't look through them.The day we arrived we accedently spilled some sugar on the floor, the day we left the sugar still layed on the floor. The beds werd confortable, but there were holes in the sheets and on the blanket were stains.

226 exclusive rooms ?

I made the reservation for three nights for a doble room, one bed. When we arrived at the hotel the person working at the front desk was very polite and gave as information-about Barcelona. And let me know about the rules in the apartment, no noise after nine and also in the letter said they were not responsible for any loss of valuables in the room. We went-to our room to find out it was two very tiny single beds like a kids room. The employee left the office, so nobody was around to resolve the problem. At night the noise was terrible since there are two bars next to the apartment and another crossing the street. I didn’t feel secure at all there. Next day “they cleaned the room” never changed the towels, linens or wiped the floor. They just did the bed with same linens and let the same wet towels in the rack to get dry and reuse it. 
I made the reservation due to the reviews, I don’t know why these apartments have such a good reviews. It was totally a ripoff!!!  Very small room and dirty bathroom.

Not what I expected, Very disappointed! 

Very good experience spending one night in this hotel: nice welcome, modern style, confortable and clean room, good breakfast.
Only one improvement area: serve breakfast sooner than 8:30am.
Good price for value.

Straightforward hotel

Just back from a 3 night break.  We had a late evening flight and arrived at 11.30pm.  We had already given our flight details before hand and someone was there to greet us.  You do pay €20 for this but that’s fair enough.  We stayed in a  double room with a spa bath located on the ground floor.  
The bed I found was really comfortable and big! The room was basic but was perfect for what was needed.  The only downside was it was very warm and because u were on the ground floor the windows were locked.  The air con seemed to blow warm air only.  There was a fan which made it bearable. 
Breakfast was continental and was enough to start your day.  

The highlight was the spa bath.  It is was huge and was a lovely treat at the end of a busy day

Location for us was perfect.  Las rambles was only about 25 min walk. But there is a bus stop right outside the apartment if u wanted to use that.  We also did an open top bus tour which was a perfect way to see Barcelona.  And for the sights u wanted to see more of u can hop on and off the bus. Again the hotel staff were fab at sorting this for us.  

The staff were all really friendly and helpful which made the stay here lovely.  Would love to return again soon. 

Lovely stay in a good location

I booked to stay in this apartment for my birthday with a group of girls. They caused us unbelievable stress when 5 days before we were due to depart decided to inform us we had to cancel our booking because the minimum age to stay here is 30! It is written in the fine print but lets be real who reads that? They had information on our age when we booked this 3 months before. We ended up having to pay more due to it being so last minute but stayed in a beautiful apartment called Casp 74 - staff were lovely and i highly recommend.

Do not book here

My wife and I stayed here for one night on our Honeymoon and the room was comfortable, 
modern and warm.  They even had champagne waiting for us because they knew it was our honeymoon. Alex, Paul, and Jacob (the staff) were VERY helpful and friendly.  The breakfast they serve here is 5 Star and worth the stay alone.  My wife and I wish we could stay here longer but unfortunately we have to leave.  You're making the right choice by booking this one.

Incredible Place to Stay!

We visited this hotel in early November and it was the best choice.
The hotel is situated in the most elegant neighbourhood of Barca with many cute restaurants and bars.
The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms always very clear and big enough for families.

The best choice in Barcelona

- Misguiding advertising: the apartment we booked was not where it says it is (it is not in the Barcelona 226 building) and did not have all the advertised features (balcony, safe, etc)
- Nothing is “exclusive” about it: Ikea furniture, scuffs throughout, dirty curtains, badly fit toilet, etc.
- Water leak from the ceiling into the apartment and on the apartment landing when it rained
- Numerous non-working items, inclusion windows not closing properly
- Less than efficient service and escalation process
- worthless breakfast

Do not book the Tuset 13 apartment

We were met as dear visitors! The personnel are super friendly! I wrote in advance that my friend will have a birthday. When we came - all living room has been decorated with balloons, on a table there was a basket with a bottle of wine and some food. And on my friend's birthday they congratulated once again and have presented cake and a bottle of champagne! The apartment is huge, high ceilings, windows till floor in a living room and an exit to a terrace. In any case for three women - the whole palace)) It was warm, temperature is regulated by the general air conditioning system. Water in showers goes trouble-free. A location excellent - in expensive center of Barcelona. It is easily possible to reach sights on foot. At the same time you aren't afraid to go outside at night, as in the old city. Around there are a lot of shops and cafe. In 150 meters a huge supermarket. We will surely live here again and again! Many thanks to personnel!!! You have organized to us the real celebration!!!
