Please inform Sarria Attic in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. - Checking out before 9am carries an extra charge of 30€, which must be paid to the member of staff who is present during the check out. - Check in after 9pm carries an extra charge of 30€, which must be paid directly to the member of staff who is present during the check out. - Smoking inside the apartment is not allowed, but you can smoke on the terrace. - Unless accompanied by an adult who is at least 21 years old, children or teenagers are not allowed to make a booking.
