Victoria was the sole reason for this 5-star review. She made sure we were satisfied, gave us THE BEST food & activity recommendations, and went above and beyond to make our stay pleasurable. We were put in an unpleasant room at first and when we asked for a different one the next day she immediately put us in a nicer room without question and they even brought us a nice fruit bowl for our troubles! The pool area was stunning (we didn’t really swim). the drinks were good and the food in the restaurant was also excellent! Beatrice was also an extremely attentive bartender, waitress, and all around kind and happy to help at all times. Moral of the story, be kind to the staff and they will be kind to you. In fact, they’ll go above and beyond to make your stay here is great :)
