Good location, friendly treatment, comfortable room, although it needs some renovation in the bathroom Breakfast buffet varied and good romantic dinner concerted on the terrace overlooking the collegiate.

It's nice to go as a couple.

Beautiful building and room and very well located. Comfort and tranquility guaranteed. We had a room with a view of the castle. We stayed three nights and, although it was very hot, the room was very comfortable because the air conditioning worked very well.

A very recommended accommodation.

We didn’t stay in the hotel as we were staying nearby but we went to the restaurant in the evening for a meal. We called in earlier in the day just to check about booking and the owner couldn’t have been more helpful. He told us all about the history of the building which was fascinating. We booked for the evening meal as the menu looked good and very reasonable. Well we weren’t disappointed! In fact it was one of the nicest meals we’ve had in Spain. We had the most beautiful grilled vegetables to start and then hake in tempura batter with lemon alioli and calamari with kimchi sauce which was to die for! For dessert we shared  Pan de calatrava with some delicious nutty ice cream. This was the best calatrava we’ve ever had in Spain! Again the staff were lovely and very helpful. The owner was around all evening making sure everything went well. If you’re ever staying in Belmonte go here!! We were only passing through sadly!!

Book the room with yacuzzi and the truth that it is very nice, a quiet hotel and very close to the castle that is spectacular.We have breakfast and dinner one day in the restaurant and it has good food.Good choice with this hotel.

Holy Week by Terras de Cuenca.

My opinion of this place can only be super pleasant.The comfortable setting, the staff and especially José Antonio are extremely responsible, kind, efficient and attentive.Always willing to help the client.In addition to providing interesting facts about the history of the place.Let us not forget that the Castillo de Belmonte is located in this enclave.Moreover, the cuisine of this hotel is good, as well as its facilities provide the necessary rest for the traveler.Recommended to all and a new visit is necessary.

It's super recommended, a very charming place that invites you to relax, the views from the room to the castle and two windmills, the treatment is very good, everything is very clean and tastefully decorated.

A magical escape.

A very cozy dining room with a fireplace. A lovely patio and a very rich food with typical things from the area, the mortar delighted us. The treat was very pleasant, if we come back we will certainly repeat it. Very close to the beautiful Collegiata and in a beautiful building with history.

I loved it, I really appreciate the cleanliness and everything was perfect, the bed and pillows were very comfortable, the temperature of the perfect room, plus the view of the castle and the large window that I love to have natural light but that closes with contraventanas for those who don't want so much light.

It is a picturesque and very beautiful building. It has a beautiful interior atrium, and around it are the two-story rooms. It has private parking. The rooms are comfortable and overlooking the castle of Belmonte. The breakfast is very complete and everything is fine, even the orange juice you can make yourself with the oranges and very comfortably.

It is a very expensive hotel in Belmonte.

We fell into this small town on the route of Don Xijote by chance, the forecasts for rest, gastronomy and cultural expansion are flawed, the weather gave us a precious weekend despite bad predictions, the result: charming town with its churches, its famous castle, we were lucky enough to see a real training of medieval gentlemen who were preparing for the medieval tournament that was held every year in this same town, of course their collegiate thanksgiving to the belligerence that informed us with good education, if we see that the Belmonteans are very proud of the history of their village, and of course thanks to the Belmonte's hospitality, hospitality, hospitality, and the fine dining room, as well as a delicious box of food, and we recommend our staff to visit our belligerence and welcome our special guest at the Salbuero.
