Please inform Casa Pichuana in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. If reservation is for Penthouse Apartment or Standard Apartment and you booked for 2 people, only one bedroom will be available. Please let us know in advance if you prefer a double or a twin room. If reservation is for Three-Bedroom House or Duplex Apartment, a damage deposit of EUR 200 will be required upon check-in and returned at check-out after checking the apartment. Please inform Casa Pichuana about your estimated arrival time through the special requests box or contacting with the property, All requests for late departures are subject to confirmation by the property and has an extra charge.
