Friends, everything fine until day I was leaving, I left the apartment spotless, but had to pay them €70, at €35 an hour for one cleaner to go over the apartment again.
As there was no head office to complain to, I find it a total ripoff.

Ripoff

booked at an attractive price. arrived at hotel at 0130 hrs were left outside  locked  gate, no one to meet us and no numbers to contact anyone. after about an hour a guest arrived and told us we had to go to another hotel  to collect the keys, 6.50 taxi ride got the  keys and paid 6,50 euros to get back. when in the room tried the tv didnt work. tried the wif  password  that diddent work, got up and went to reception found it closed, told i had to go to another hotel for more in fo and was told it would be 45 euros to get a tv remote and a wifi conection. all in all this put a damper on the  holiday. definatly will not use  gemm0los again.

chaos at gemmoloss22

Was booked in Gemelos II and was upgraded to Gemelos 20.  The apartment was okay, but we were looking for sliverware which we could not locate. We checked in on a Thursday, but as the following days were a holiday we could not contact anyone with the building until the day of check out, four days later..  We were wondering about wifi which is an additional charge but we were not informed of how to access it and could not locate any information.   The balcony had sunshades but had no instructions on how to open or close them.  By the way, to do this you pull down on the tape to raise them and pull the tape towards you to lower them.  
To deadbolt the lock on the door you have to use your key and if you remove it and have to get out quickly you are stuck.  The stairway entrance is not clearly marked and strikes me as very dangerous.  Also you need a key to open the gate to get out which also seems dangerous as there is no noticable emergency exit.
The twin beds are very small and very uncomfortable .  They do offer free parking which was the draw.  Getting into the garage was a complicated procedure where you have to park, open a gate, drive through, park again, use a key fob to open the door and go through the same thing to get out.  We were actually stuck until another car drove in to get out. No noticable emergency exit in the garage either.  
Next time I will book a hotel with a 24 hour front desk.
The pool was closed while we were there too.

You're on your own

Just heading home now from a stay here at Gemelos 22, after reading some reviews on here I was a bit worried.
Had to pay a 200 pound deposit on arrival which I thought was abit steep at the start on your holiday, we did get it back without on check out without having our room inspected!
Also had to pay an extra 30 euros to keep our room on from 10am to 5pm as we had a late flight.
Checkout is also 10am which I thought was quite early but maybe that’s standard.
3euros for a sunbed which has been mentioned before, didn’t have any trouble with the life guards around the pool but own some occasions was quite sharp when requesting the sunbed money. Also heard him blowing his whistle numerous times at younger children in the bigger pools.
Half of our stay the pool closed at 8pm and then the last few days he started throwing people out at around 6pm.
Pool area is also quite mucky, could do with a few more grass seeds around the place! 
The room was quite dated but for the length of the time we were in the room can’t really complain about that. It was also a good size with a balcony.  It had a kettle, toaster, microwave, oven, fridge freezer and plenty of cutlery to use.
Towels were only changed once and don’t even think the bedding was changed!
You have to clean and dry your own dishes and take out your own rubbish everyday.
Paid 60 euros for a week for air con but it was worth it.
It said there was a charge for tv but we had a remote already in the room so we just used it.
Me and my partner where bit a few times and thought it was walking about at night but my dad came into our room on the day we left and ended up coming away with a bite so I’m unsure if there was maybe something in the apartment.
I would possibly stay here again if stuck.
They are different blocks to the Gemelos so I guess it depends what block and room you are assigned!

Better than I expected after reading reviews.

Currently sat in the apartment writing this
We haven't had any problems with the hotel 
It is basic but clean and tidy 
There is a washing machine, cooker, kettle etc(Everything you need really)
There isn't any entertainment here (but we knew this when booking)
The pool is nice and cooling after sitting in the sun 
There is a charge of 3euros for a sun lounger but that's not bad if your gonna sit there all day
It is close to everything. 
We are on the 14th floor and the view to the sea is lovely 
Would definitely visit again

Family holiday

The room was filthy, there were holes in the curtains, the floor looked like it had not been cleaned for some considerable time, we were about to depart, and I decided to check under the bed to see if we had left anything, the amount of fluff that was there amazed me, never again we will never book with Alpha Rooms .

Gemelos 11

The apartment was clean and the beds were very comfortable. If anything a bit of sprucing up is needed. The owners were really helpful and could call them anytime. The location was good and because we were up in the 22nd floor didn't hear anything at night. I would recommend this apartment.

Well where do i start , there is a Hotel opposite being refurbished probably for the next 12 months the Maryciel and work starts there 7am to 7pm , then behind the apartments and opposite the Wooky hollow 2 they are building a new hotel and its constant all day , like jack hammers drill drivers for the foundations the noise is terrible , you can never get hold of the concerge it is like hes invisible , and those of us from the uk that take kids you have to pay €5 a day for wifi and most of the time it will not connect and all the tv channels are spanish , yes i know we are in spain but a lot of the people in the apartments were english . The apartments were cleanish , ideal central location if the buildingwork does not bother you !!!
No sunbeds and the pools were empty so did not have a choice to sit outside

Gemelos ll Benidorm

Very dated. But it is what it is, beds were ok, has everything inside, kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge, iron, washing machine, happy enough overall even as a family, only downside was travelling to get your key. We had a 25 minute wal to get it. Would stay again, if your picky you’ll definitely find fault.

You get what you pay for

Got here sun am to no reception and no way to access building, An ex pat said key coll'n further down road (we knew nothing about this) Gestaltur office just round corner but closed!! Note in window for us to collect key from yet another building ... well weird? Finally got keys 60 euro deposit and note to say the go to office day after to show passports? Well dodgy start!!! Apartment well used and very dated with Spanish decor, bit dusty and kitchenette not so clean but nothing we couldn't sort. Apt actually not sooo bad upon reflection with everything you need Inc washer iron ironing board of 2 cooker rings oven microwave electric kettle and toaster(we swapped this cos of damaged wire but got changed on day to brand new one so impressed with this)small heater and lovely enclosed balcony area which was a great size - apt would easily sleep 5 people at a push. Pool area not great but would suffice in Warmer weather. Location excellent - very central and overall would prob come again. British TV 30 euro for week - Thanks but no thanks and WiFi has charge if required. TV had Spanish channels and radio which was fine. No air con but not a problem in Nov. Decent beds and bedding - towels OK -  for price more than reasonable accommodation.
