Request a quiet room without extra. We were 3 adults and we had a very clean apartment in a hotel with a neat decoration. With balcony and superb view 😊 We didn't test the restaurant. Elevator available (we were on the second). Don't speak French but friendly and professional welcome. Thank you.

The hotel is very well located near Haro and close to the highway between Bilbao and Logroño.We were treated very well over the weekend.The meals in the hotel's restaurant are quite good in terms of quality and price.

Good accommodation and food.

Clean linen (but I had to remove the plastic mattress). Clean towels. For the rest a disaster. Dusty room (and it's not easy to find it: there are no numbering on many doors). Bad definitely dirty. In general the structure is old and maintained. The staff is very kind, but I definitely do not recommend this place.

It's not very clean and it smells bad.

Lamentable experience, precooked food, overheated, tasteless.... scarce rations, zero quality and high price. tasteless and uncaring presentation. I wouldn't recommend the place or a coffee shop.

The worst restaurant in the world.

Precooked and reheated food. Insipid. Few varieties and small quantities (though we couldn't eat it as badly as it was) The menu of the day is very expensive. Unfortunately.

Psimo is the name of the game.

The worst hotel we've visited in 50 years, DE Caldería, a small heater in Alcampo, embarrassing. And the food that they have on the menu, and you get preheated food.....ahhhh and the strongest water with roña sold by the grifos, si con roña, ideal for brushing your teeth and flossing, a lamentable experience.

Old hotel, very bad. the worst hotel we've ever visited.

We were there eating the menu of lamb chopsticks. to begin with a sack of morcilla and sausages to the brass, the morcilla cut into super large pieces and applauded in a small clay pot, the burnt sausages, we were changed and the second time they were not very much. the chopsticks were brought to us burned, we complained and made them again, the truth was they tasted good but the service..., the cameras with prisons... in the end they apologized to us but they did not come up or invite us to the café.

How to spoil a good gender by the disastrous preparation and service of food.

A privileged enclave with large balconies overlooking vineyards and mountains, spacious and bright accommodation, a good meal and breakfast highly recommended, and the staff and their guardian, Vanessa de 10 at all times in human and professional treatment, desiring to return!!

Location with the 3 Bs

A simple hotel 1 km from Briñas. Simple rooms with a wedding bed and a simple sofa, the bathrooms are very old with a bathtub that still does the function I would change it if you note it has many years the same as the toilet and the sink. The good thing was all very clean. One pinch is that the hotel closes very soon and with the terrace they have a pity not being able to enjoy the bar with some good drinks at night and after dinner if you feel like drinking something like that you can't alarm much when we leave Briñas a pity because the environment is ideal and more so now in summer.

Quality price is good!

Fantastic hotel in a slightly elevated position nestled in the heart of the Rioja region.  Hotel easy to find and had plenty of free parking.  The hotel had a quirky rustic feel so if you’re into the faceless corporate hotels that are all mirrors and marble, this is not the place for you. Rooms are spacious with private balconies which overlook vineyards and countryside, and are set around the Large circular wooden atrium.

Hotel itself was very clean.  Room comfort was good, and the showers had excellent water pressure (sorry but this is a personal “ism” of mine as love power showers and am frequently disappointed when some hotels provide a shower which just dribbles out!).  Toiletries were provided and the towels were nice, not just a flimsy bit of fabric!

All staff I encountered were polite and spoke English which was great for me as my Spanish is virtually non existent. 

The hotel has a great restaurant which offers a fixed price 3 course meal (priced at €12 pp).  This included a bottle of wine and 1.5L bottle of water. The portions were large and I probably should have stopped after my spaghetti starter, but it was all so nice, I just kept going!  

I originally chose this hotel for an overnight stay as was driving from Portugal and was heading for Bilbao for a ferry back to the UK so this hotel is well placed for that.  Will definitely stay here again, even if I am not travelling via Bilbao or Santander just for the relaxing setting alone.

I think the hotel had WiFi, but didn’t use it as have plenty of data allowance myself.
