The photos have nothing to do with the hotel, the quality of the price does not match the amenities. I should update the photos as the patio is not currently the same as the photo.

Enough to improve and update photos like those in the patio as it is currently not like this.

The room and facilities of the hotel were very careless, the bathroom walls were dirty and splashed with droplets of blood, the lid of the tank was covered and left in 5 or 6 pieces and not disturbed or changed, the room was full of mosquitoes (of the pican) and black mosquitoes of humidity. The cleaning girls entered our room without letting us go and simply changed the bag of the bathroom sweater and did not leave anything hygienic.

Quite a disappointment.

It is surprising, puzzling and illegal (data protection) to ask the customer on arrival at the accommodation, the price paid for his booking. Pointing out why doing so through a physical travel agency is always more expensive. But even less professional is telling the customer that if he had booked in an online OTA with names and phone numbers, that he would not advertise for free, if he had answered quite well in his booking. I want to make it clear that this is not true: P1: Professional agencies and online agencies should follow the same pricing regulations, and they can make bookings.

0 PROFESSIONALITY is the name of the game.

Very nice. Excellent bed, very good mattress with which to sleep wonderfully. Very friendly staff. Well located in the center of San José and surrounded by everything, a short walk from the beach. Or I can tell you more, since we have only stayed in the hotel.

We slept two nights and it was disappointing. Air conditioning super noisy. Wall lights with dirty screen One of the bath towels (small) dirty and dirty. flat TV screen yes, but super small. In the bathroom, hot water would come out in any position. There was no glass of water and in general, the quality of the materials was low, with a maximum of 115€ being paid each night.

No, we didn't like it.

We, 2, stayed at this hotel After visiting Almeria. The staff were fantastic, helpful, friendly and very eager to please.(thank you Fatima :) We were greeted at the reception by a friendly man who showed us  to our room. The place has an open courtyard where One couldn sit and eat or chill at Night or during the day. No breakfast is provided but the hotel is located just steps away from many restaurants, shops and the main town itself. Just minutes walk to the Marina where there are also restaurants, at a more expensive price. The hotel room was VERY clean, comfortable bed, air conditioning, bidet, towels, soap and toilets paper. IF you really want a balcony, just ask for one. Access to San Jose beach is just minutes away by foot. Thank you all soooooo much for your hospitality. Will be back. Highly Recommended!!!

A very service minded, helful, spanish hotel.

Basically it's a room without common areas, we could have gotten a restroom like a cafeteria or something, but we had to adjust to the room.

Close to everything.

Both the receptionist and the cleaning girls are super nice and very nice, very attentive to everything! the hotel is very well located, next to restaurants and shops, and next to the promenade. the hotel is modest, but comfortable and practical. the only thing we lacked was a refrigerator.

Modest yet pleasant and very well placed.

The reception is warm and smiling. The hotel is quiet and beautiful, with its small courtyard inside. Our room was spacious and clean. The bed was impeccable. We had a very good sitting.

Hotel with a very good location to tour the natural park of Cabo de Gata, modest but enough to sleep and shower, spacious room, with air conditioning comfortable bed and basic decoration, bathroom with large shower, if you miss a new one, cleaning every day good and changing towels often, the good es q is in the center, near the beach, restaurants, shops and loco q the room q nos touched a very noisy pq to the main street and save the rooms q will close the windows if it is too yellow, me q q q q q q q q q to a very nice patio more quiet, good interior treatment of staff especially the reception girl,recomendable.
