This is a great guest house and is so so cheap for what it is.  Jorge and his brother are very friendly and helpful and recommended what to do and where to eat.  The room with Twin beds was also good and comfy and the bathroom had everything you´d need.  The place was absolutely spotless. The GH has 3 Car parking spaces infront of it, but if they are taken up they have a deal with a CP 80m away for 5€ a day.  Wifi connection is also excellent.
The best thing though is its location - it being a mere 5 minute walk from the Plaza Mayor.  Would definitely stay here again if I come back to Caceres!

Great place to stay in Merida

The hosts really nice and want to help in everything you want with a big smile. And the room and the bath clean. Much better then it looks on the internet. And only five minutes walk from the center..

Really nice place but even better hosts

We stayed there for one night in November.

Hostal is conveniently located - relatively close to the old town, yet in "white" public parking zone (parking free of charge). Nice reception staff. Room not huge but enough for us as we stayed just one night. Competitive price. Walking distance to the center. English is spoken. 

In our opinion bathroom could have been a bit bigger.

Still a very good option in Caceres.

Decent place, value for money

After nearly crashing out hire car a few times in town we finally found the hostal and a tight parking space on the steep hill leading to it at 19:00 hrs on a Tuesday! We got to the top of the short steep road to find it was closed for refurbishment! Hence the average mark. No sign of reopening! See images!!

Fairly basic, but perfectly OK if all you want is a decent night's sleep. There's air-conditioning, which might be important in summer in Caceres. Near the old town. Not very expensive. There's a cafeteria just at the end of the street where you can have breakfast.
