A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that late check-in after 00:00 has an extra cost of EUR 50, to be paid in cash upon arrival. Please note that air conditioning is charged extra at EUR 0,32 per kWH. The exact amount will be calculated at check-out based on consumption.
