A clean apartment, close to the center and the beach, is also very well equipped, with everything needed for a family vacation.We had a difficult problem to solve and in less than 24 hours it was solved.Enrique, a great professional.We will surely return.

The staff was excellent, the accommodation we chose was very well equipped and clean, the perfect location, it was 2 minutes from the beach and the promenade, with only sea views, we will book again!!!

Incredible station and location.

The apartment doesn't look at all like the photos we posted in Booking. It's a very old apartment, with no terrace and a pool that doesn't belong to the block. At the reception we were met with a bad attitude. The receptionist seemed to have an unsuitable attitude to work in front of the public. We intended to be changed to an apartment since it had nothing to do with what we had seen in the photos and didn't matter to us. The keys were collected in a bar near the office and we were notified by phone when we were on our way. There are a thousand sites in Torre del Mar to choose from, so we wouldn't recommend this option for anything.

What they sell you... and what comes to you.

We booked through travel republic website, and should have known by the amount of pictures and information available on the internet that we were taking a risk with this apartment. We arrived late around midnight, luckily we had contacted the company terrasol by email earlier that day asking if there is a 24 hour reception luckily they informed us before we left for the airport that we would need a key code for a safe deposit box to pick up the key for the apartment as the office would be shut. This was not a major problem as we had to pass the office to get to the apartment but if we had not bothered finding this out ourselves we would have been on the streets for the night. When we finally got to the apartment we were pleasantly surprised with the penthouse apartment we had been given and fantastic wrap around balcony with views of the mountains, town and sea. It was in a good location. 5 minute walk to the beach and close to public transport. We did have an issue with the shower/hot water but the maintenance team came around the following day and sorted it out. The most disappointing thing was when we went to the office to check in the next morning  we were asked for 200 euro deposit which was not mentioned at all prior to the holiday. We had a great time and loved the area and will return. Once we had returned back to the UK we were expecting our 200 euro deposit to soon follow within a couple of days. After numerous emails we finally received our deposit back in sterling just over 2 and half weeks later. This was a really enjoyable holiday but its a shame the travel company and terrosol dont make the small details more obvious as this could ruin someones holiday who may be on a tight budget.

Very Good but be warned

My wife and I stayed here for 5 days! the receptionist was very kind and friendly. the studio was well equipped and clean. as for the bathroom, the shower had absolutely no pressure at all... it was quite desperate to shower and the tank was constantly losing water. we also found two cockroaches in the bathroom. the worst, without a doubt, was the mattress and the pillows, we got up every day with our whole body wet! the situation in the studio was very good, as we were 5 minutes walk from the beach. enough to spend these days, but we won't repeat.

Enough to spend a few days.

We arrived late as plane was late and were told by there transfers person on night shift that driver left and we had to get a taxi and they would pay it back well there lies the problem taxi cost 93.50 and we tried to get this back so be warned its a scam. The apartment was no where near the beach as we were led to ;believe was not near beach and as a disabled traveller this was bad deal.  My friend and I went to the agents office and it took us over an hour as we have walking difficulty. The lady told us that was what we booked and we should of asked for area 1 and we are in area 2 and just did not want to know.  We would not book here again. We booked with love holidays and they tried to get the money back but we have heard nothing be warned what you pay for is not what you get,, we also asked for a balcony and was no balcony/ over all the area is nice but be warned if you have any disability make sure you go with someone else and check if you are in the right place and dont trust taxi and get a price before you get in.

if you stay at the terrasol plazamar

Booked through Alpharooms, the apartment was very clean and had everything we needed including a washing machine, not needed. On arrival we had to pick our keys up at a local estate agents around the corner and before being given the keys we were asked for €200 cash deposit and informed linen etc could be exchanged at the shop as we needed to. We departed Torre del Mar an hour before the shop opened so if it had not been for friends we were visiting giving us rhe €200 deposit I dont know how we would have got it back.

Good but be aware

A disaster of stay, see the booking reviews. we will never trust these apartments again. no rest, price overruns, routine beds, no AA. unhealthy bathroom. disgusting statement.

Shameful service and facilities, horrible conditions, no recommended at all.

Stayed in an apartment at the Plazamar 2, part of Terrasol apartments in Torre del Mar, beautiful Spanish apartment, spotlessly clean with everything you require, lovely area, extremely friendly and helpful locals. Enjoyed my stay immensely. Highly recommend.
