This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform Villa con piscina privada - Cometa III 20J in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. A surcharge of 12 EUR per person per stay for towels and bed linen will be charged at the check-in in case of the guest doesn't have their own. A surcharge of 8 EUR per night for the usage of the air conditioner will be charged at the check-in in case of the guest wants to use it.
