Found this apartment on air b n b it was clean, until ants arrived, with basic amenities. 
Host did not disclose steps into and out of apartment. Not suited for inferm, elderly or anyone unable to manage steps! left feed back on this hosts (Linda) account. She attacked me personally, she left most unpleasant and unprofessional voice message on my phone. She called me a liar in my reporting of steps and review of her services. Avoid any contact or business with this host! 
Should anyone like to see videos of ants in kitchen, locks that were difficult to open, 6 doors and gates into this 1bed apartment please feel free to message me directly. No welcome sheet explaing simple things like where the bin goes once full, no fire extinguisher, no way of getting out quickly in an emergency, no way to identify which keys go where. I felt like a jailer! 
Over€100 per night to be insulted..
Upon arrival I was met by this hosts cleaner (I was only informed of this fact in the hosts response to my review after I published it on Airbnb) she did not speak English, she approached me as I exited the taxi and asked if I was Margaret?? Complete confusion trying to communicate with a non speaking person looking for someone by another name!
So unprofessional I never spoke or met the host Linda! Even so she attacked my character calling me and my tone arrogant, still confused as to how my tone could be assessed never having met or spoken with her! 
Booked this appointment for 6nights wanted 7 apartment was unavailable for 7 nights I asked host (Linda) if she could recommend another place for the extra night, she runs a total of 16 other properties on the island, her response was 'she is not allowed to book anything under 4 nights, Even though I'd just booked 6nights and was looking for a 7th and the booking was non refundable, otherwise I would have cancelled and booked elsewhere.

Undisclosed information for this apartment

Well equipped apartment with sea view. A good option, the only downside is that there are not many restaurants around (and half of them closed due to COVID) and only 2 tiny supermarkets. Aguila has not really a beach promenade, it starts closer to Bahia Feliz to the north and San Agustin 2km away to the south. But the place is peaceful. Spanish and German are spoken mostly among the guests, many of them are the owners. The place itself has no services except the pool and the tennis court.

Good value and dog friendly with sea view.

We had a great time in Aguycan Beach!! 
We wanted an apartment which was not located in the overcrowded tourist places. We only heard Spanish at the apartment complex, which was great! The beach is also only Spanish. The apartment itself had everything you can think of. The kitchen was stocked with all the basic necessities like salt, pepper, olive oil, coffee, thea and lots more. Also coffee machines, toasters and pans.  The bed was a bit had hard but we slept great. The balcony was perfect. There also was a tv and a couch which could be transformed into another bed. In the evening the place is really quiet. During the weekend there was even a security guard walking around all day. The swimming pools was nice and warm. It's a half a minute walk to the beach which is quite crowded during the weekend but there still was space.  There is a boulevard a bit further down the road which takes you to Bahia Feliz in 20 min. Taxi's stop down the road (1minute) and for 5 euro's they take you to Playa del Ingles. If you're interested in windsurfing down at the beach there in Dunkerbeck surfing centre which rents out equipment pretty cheap, they also do lessons. In Bahia Feliz Mistrall Surf centre is located which is much more expensive but they do have better material. 
Overall we were really satisfied!!!
