Very basic. No wifi in the room - only next to the front desk. Owner could have been more helpfull since he was so busy that I never got the opportunity to ask for a map. When I went to the front desk to ask for one, there was no-one there.... Only a place for one night.

The building looks non descript from the outside but, when you step across the threshold, you are in a genuine Andalusian home, complete with a flower and plant covered central patio.  There are several public sitting areas both inside and outside the patio that guests are free to use.  It is just like being in someone's home.  I would love to post pictures, but it seems like Trip Advisor doesn't allow that any more.  My single room was very small and didn't allow much spreading out of my belongings, but the price of 20€ ($28) and the atmosphere of the place more than compensated for it.  The bathroom was also small, but it served the purpose with a well functioning shower and plenty of hot water.  My room had a small balcony overlooking the central patio.  It was only a few minutes walk to the lighthouse and sea walk as well as the town church square and the main shopping streets.  Although there is no parking at all on the hotel street, a little further down, in the direction of the lighthouse, there is a little square where I had no trouble finding a spot and the streets off of this square were all outside the no parking zones.  The owner was very pleasant as was the lady who does the cleaning.  She was the one who checked me in when I arrived.  The owner has a Portuguese Water Dog named Lucky.  He barked and was a bit stand offish at first, but he quickly warmed up when he found out that I had a bag of dog treats.
