We spent a weekend four people in the two-bedroom apartment. There was plenty of room for everyone, in the main room there was little room to spare at the foot of the bed. In the double room there was plenty of room, yes. We weren't going to use much of the kitchen, just for breakfast, but everything was in good condition, not new, but clean enough. Enough luggage and enough to cook (salt, boxes...). Plates, vases, covers, mantles...all available. Package of dishwashers, bayeta and coat available. Extra towels are available. It is located just downtown, less than 5 minutes to the plaza, with restaurants and bars, and a super bathroom nearby. We have counted more to go. Everything according to the offer. Good stay.

Our accommodation in these apartments for four nights, four friends. The views are good because belonging to the four-star hotel has a certain category. You benefit from the parking lot and swimming pool plus if you want to have breakfast there is for less than eight euros quite complete. Until then the good things. Being four adults this apartment would have kept the beds small, but the worst is the condition of the mattress, no one in your house would have kept it. See that the wedding bed on each side always leaves two gaps leaving an uncomfortable position for sleeping. The right bathroom, nothing to emphasize for or against. Normal living room. In the kitchen, a slight odor of nothing pleasant comes out when you open certain cabinets.

What is expected?

Everything looked very good, they were the same as the hotel 4* that is right next door, but the list of shortcomings is endless, the oven didn't work, the housekeeping was inadequate, the shower and the hose were inadequate, routes, doors were jammed, pots were burned, the sofa bed was unbearable, the fridge was a little chilly, the coat was dirty... On the other hand, the beds were comfortable, although there was a need for some more pillow.

Horrible (Apt. 4)

It's a shame. You pay for what you get: baskets with eggshells, coats with tomato stains, cups with coffee residue... There's also a pool, and being in August, it doesn't seem normal for the water to be green, there's green residue (of course) and black residue at the bottom. To this is added the smell of moisture (ya expected). The radiators on the encender take a burn. The ONLY good thing I can put is its location. I hope it will serve my opinion.

 Shameful

We went in July and although the price per day seems a little expensive to us because what they offer in the apartment meets its basic functionality, a summer apartment, we stay for sleep, breakfast and dinner someday that we were already tired.The kitchenette is ridiculous (there are no drawers), nor do they put cooking paper or trash bags, meaning they don't put soaps or other details, but something like the indicated seems normal to me, it's not a private apartment, part of a hotel and should take care of those details.For quite good, personal and breakfast buffet with natural juice (rarely found in hotels).Ahhh,y the outdoor parking is free.

Details are lacking but it is well located.

Educated and very attentive staff In the apartment there was everything, we didn't miss a thing. as we were with baby we needed a dresser and immediately I was provided with it. very centralised accommodation, parking and cleaning in the apartment. We will return.

When we arrived at the apartment, we found broken or deteriorating furniture (bathroom and kitchen) which looked careless, with no kitchenette and one in poor condition. The uncomfortable bed and the apartment were damp. As a sign of our stay of four nights, the first two we endured the noise of neighbors moving furniture and the last we endured the noise of a dresser repeatedly around 00:30 in the morning. The location of the apartments themselves is the best, near the Sobrellano Palace garden, with a very wide green area.

Interior suspension and approved exterior.

Other advantages: spacious parking, swimming pool more than decent, cleanliness, apartments are not luxurious or anything less, but in general, it is pleasant.
