The hotel is so good, at very reasonable rates. The place is absolutely spotless. Our room was lovely. The staff were so gracious, friendly and considerate. It was perfectly placed, being close to the hubbub of town night life and also close to the beach but still having an air of tranquillity. Whilst not having a breakfast area - something we understood on booking -  a great little pastry shop was literally opposite the hotel for croissants and coffee which we took back to the wonderfully peaceful courtyard to the rear. We also used the roof terrace as our getaway with a little bottle of Pedro Ximenez up from the room fridge. Great views of the beach and surrounds from there. Thank you to the staff for a wonderful time.

Just brilliant

This charming small hotel is in the centre of Conil but very peaceful. The service from all the staff and owner (?) was very helpful and the hotel is spotlessly clean. Our room, on the first floor, was beautifully decorated, with a small en suite bathroom and patio doors overlooking a shady internal patio. The bed was super comfortable and being at the back of the hotel, the room was lovely and quiet.The rooftop terrace is large with comfy sofas and table with a stunning view along the coast. The hotel does not provide breakfast but there are many cafes and bars nearby which do. Other amenities around the hotel include many food and tourist shops and restaurants and it is only a short walk downhill to the beach. A lovely hotel and we will visit again!

A wonderful little hotel

We loved Hostal Casa Alborada. Very clean and very comfortable bed. 

It is a very charming place with the typical Andalusian patio and the location is excellent,

Walking to the beach is about 5 minutes and in the surroundings there are plenty of restaurants and places to enjoy ice creams, drinking, shopping...

What a great location and serene place in the village center

This is not a bland, international hotel. It has a genuine Spanish / Moorish feel about it. Staff were charming, helpful and, being in Spain, Spanish speaking but did know some English. Our room was small but delightful with a very comfortable bed, adequate storage and a modern bathroom.  The roof terrace and interior patio were added bonuses.  The availability of hot drinks, biscuits and dulce wine in the foyer were a nice touch.  We chose a room with a window overlooking the patio, slept with the window open and didn't need to run air conditioning. However, a/c was available and, I imagine, will be required in the heat of summer. Despite being full, the hotel was quiet and our sleep was not disturbed. It is in an excellent location in the middle of the old town. That said, I would strongly advise parking down by the sea and taking your case on foot up the hill (Wheeled cases an advantage) rather than driving through the warren of little, narrow streets.  I agree with the comments about the stairs. They are extremely steep so if this would be a problem for you, I suggest you ask for a room on the ground floor. Breakfast is not available but cafes and bars are available a few steps outside the front door. 

A good value and delightful little hotel

Room was quite small but very clean ,nice bathroom with walk in  shower .We had a balcony over looking a court yard ,very peaceful .One nice touch is the roof terrace complete with outdoor furniture ,really nice place to chill out .The only downside are the stairs are very steep (not English building regs ) could be a problem after a few glasses of sherry .All in all a very pleasant stay .

Nice little Jem

We had a nice ground floor room. Good attention to detail with refreshments available. Good location for walk around main areas. Town has a nice atmosphere, narrow streets with many people eating. We had ground floor looking into street which was interesting to watch people walking by. Night action lasted longer than we could and when we closed two sets of shutter windows noise was nil so we slept very well. Good parking nearby. Driving around town in one way narrow streets was a little challenging. Park up and walk is my advice. Hope to return here for longer stay.
