We stayed in the As Hotensias for 2 nights 17 and 18 September 2023. When we arrived to check in at 3 p.m. there was nobody at reception. There was no bell or information about check in. There was a staircase and a locked door which we later discovered led to the restaurant/bar.
We went outside in heavy rain and found a way into restaurant where we collected key to our room. The room was described as having a view of the beautiful Corcubicon Bay and wifi. Our view was a road at the rear of the hotel. The only place that had wifi was in the small foyer of the hotel.
The ceiling of the bedroom sloped down from the centre of the room. It was not possible to walk across the room without bending down!!
We were told we could have a burger for dinner on Sunday ( the night of our arrival) but there would be no food or bar service on Monday as the staff had a free day. This area was locked on Monday.
Three couples stayed in the hotel that night.
When we left at 9 o'clock on Tuesday morning there was no staff to be seen!!
We had paid in advance 3 months earlier.
Totally unbelievable!!!

Guests Beware 

Carlos, the manager, was extremely pleasant & helpful. Upgraded our room to a Seaview & provided us with plates, cutlery & glasses for our food & drinks. Staff also pleasant & helpful. Room very clean.
Prices for food & drink expensive. 
Music was turned on, facing the terrace, about 3.00pm. It was heavy bass music, not relaxing at all. Early evening young people started arriving & the music went non stop until 3.00am!! Place turned into a night club. It was insane.

Great to start then went downhill

An innovative proposal for this restaurant, which also has an unparalleled view of the river. Very good care. Different. We went to dinner and we sailed delighted. At the beginning of reading the letter you may have doubts, but we were explained properly and everything was perfect.

One of the best in Corcubión.

A small dog-friendly hotel but with a great added value: the views of the Concurbión Riviera. It is a pleasure to wake up and see from the window a few meters from the beach. On the one hand, the kindness and attention of the hotel and restaurant staff made our stay even better. The room we touched lived up to our expectations, valuing above all the bed that was very comfortable to rest after a long day.

The perfect accommodation to experience the Costa Da Morte together with your dog.

A very noisy room, impossible to sleep, and when I complained about the manager's ill-treatment, I would never return. Never recommended to pilgrims. Another thing, check-in a real disaster, I did not have the slightest flexibility.

A room with a lot of noise.

On our way to Muxía we met him a few years ago and this is the third time we are on a tourist route. We were six adults and two children and very well, both the rooms, as well as dinner and breakfast, good views.

We are very pleased with the results.

We stayed one night, several friends.The room is clean, it is large, but something very important is missing, there are no perches, no opaque curtains, so since dawn there is a lot of clarity in the room.During our stay in the hotel's parking lot bottlenecks were celebrated throughout the night, so we couldn't rest, a pity because the hotel's location is very good and we didn't have good memories.

Things to improve.

It's a pity that the room can't be darkened. A simple visil in the room. From dawn until sunset. Impressive the light that comes in. The nap is impossible. You have to enter the room with sunglasses on. No blinds. Otherwise, no pegs.

Unas persianas or tupidas curtains!!!!

We stayed at the hotel as a finister road hortensias (about 10 km away) and it was a good choice. It was recently renovated. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Our overlooking the sea and the restaurant/bar quattro perras, managed by the hotel itself. A great combination and very attentive service. It is highly recommended and do not miss out on a drink on the terrace of the quattro perras while you look at the sea.

A great hotel on a spectacular beach in Corcubión.

We called to book and they didn't put any sticks in. We ate algae to the sailor and the entrecote was very well made. The food was very tasty and the price was very cheap. The right service. The place to recommend.
