Booked and travelled with TUI to this TUI hotel.  NEVER have I stayed somewhere so disgusting!!
1st room was on the ground floor and was filthy, coffee table was completely chipped and worn so bad that I walked into it within 5 minutes of being in the room causing a gash on my left leg.
The lamp was full of rust.  The over head light and the smoke detector looked like someone had continuously smoked 100 cigarettes a day over it for the last 10 years.
Chile’s tiles everywhere.  The bathroom mirror had screws hanging out of it.  Oh and the sheets were so worn they were thinner than voile curtains.

The second room was cleaner but the only difference was the coffee table had a couple of less chips in it 😡 total waste of £3k.  I would have had a better experience on a park bench and saved my money.

Don’t rely on the menu for the kitchen either we looked forward to Mexican food and that never appeared 

The alcohol is all watered down, myself and some of the other guest all commented on this!

Spoke to the rep on site, nice lady Breda. But absolutely no help!

Don’t waste your money book with someone else and another hotel.

Great hotel
Nice stuff - everyone - people on reception, cleaning stuff, enterteinment stuff specially Freya and Kaline. Lovely evenigs with Disco for children, games and quiz for adults and later show. Food amazing everyday something different. Drinks can be better but it was fine. 3 big pool and one small for children with slides. A lot of sunbed. Changing towels every 3 days which was alright for us. Spacious rooms with bedroom and small living room. Playground for children was good. Recommend for everyone

Amazing holiday

This hotel excelled itself for a 3*. I think the negative reviews should be taken with a pinch of salt. We have a 6 and 3 year old and our needs were well catered for. The children enjoyed the disco at 8pm. Food was very good and better than what we have had at 4* hotels previously. Rooms were very spacious with a small kitchenette and beds were comfortable. Staff were lovely and hard working (entertainment and restaurant staff in particular were great). Pool area was great with no issue finding sunbeds. Location very good. We ate out locally a few times and were very pleased. The only reason I haven’t rated a 5 is because I believe housekeeping could be improved. We arrived late in the evening with tired children and their beds were not made up. We had to figure out the sofa bed and put the sheets on. We did not get fresh towels unless we asked at reception. We also waited 10 days for fresh bed sheets and again only got these when we requested at reception.

Very pleased

Just got back from a week in this hotel, it was amazing couldn't fault anything, rooms are clean and spacious we had it cleaned 2/3 times we was there fresh towels. Food was really good for a 3* alot of different options, we also celebrated halloween there and they done an amazing job decorating the place for the children and also had face painting on, the staff members work hard and are very friendly, the hotel is in a great location and a short walk to a lovely beach and lots of shops. We had an amazing holiday and will definitely be back!

Was on top floor with a good view  over the pool. Spacious  apartment and very clean with a large balcony. Staff were always pleasant  and helpful and kept the restaurant  clean with plenty of tables always available. Food was ok but would like more variety for deserts. Only negatives points were our sheets were not changed for the 2weeks we were there and we had cochroaches  in the bathroom but I sprayed them and sprayed round everytime  I went out and luckily  didn't  see another 1. Would I go again ? Yes I would there were alot more positives than negatives and you also get the use of a free safe. Enjoyed our stay here.

Nice stay

Just returned from an amazing 2 week holiday at el trebol and we booked twice for next year before we left. Everywhere was so clean,All staff were brilliant from reception, bar and dining hall staff, cleaners and the entertainment staff worked so hard and always had a smile for us . Freya,Chrisi and Andrea were brilliant entertainment staff the kids loved them all the daytime games and remembered all kids names ( I can just about remember my own kids names so well done ) and loved the kids disco and evening entertainment we are just gutted they won’t be there when we return. Sandra the tui rep was there everyday all day and was so lovely. Thank you el trebol see you soon 

Brilliant holiday 

Just back from El Trebol.   Can not fault the hotel at all, food was good and plentiful and I definitely recommend lunches there for salads.   Rooms were clean and having a little kitchenette was  a bonus along with having a fridge to store bottles of water etc.   Pool area is great with plenty of sunbeds and shaded areas for when the sun is strong.  

Around 10 mins walk from resort centre and very easy to get to ( just walk through the doors in the piano bar and  turn left on the main road towards the shopping centre) 

My only suggestion would be to have an outdoor eating space,  especially In the evenings when it can get a little busy in the eating area 

Nice family hotel 

Just got back from 10 days at El Trebol. Check in at reception was easy and quick. Our room was on the ground floor and overlooked the kids pool with the small water slides. Air con worked fine as did the walk in shower. The rooms have a safe (free) plus a fridge, microwave and hot plate for self catering guests. Beds were comfortable. The rooms were not cleaned every day and the beds were not made up every day but that was not a real issue for us. Weather was great. The twins made friends on the first day and spent most of the time in the various pools or at the football pitch. Food was plentiful, hot, and varied at both the main restaurant and the snack bar. Self service options for some drinks in both. Staff in the restaurant were very efficient and friendly. There were day time activities for the kids at the pool. Evening entertainment in the piano bar was good for the children. Adults were catered for with some singers and on one night a very good magician. El Trebol is a short walk to the beach and lots of shops and bars. There is also a selection of shops and bars just outside from the piano bar. Will return again.

Great 3rd visit

First time in years have we booked all inclusive and we were certainly not let down.
Large hotel,four pools,restaurant and pool bar.
Food was plentiful whenever you ate
Plenty drinks available .
Due to late arrival there was food available for us.
At the odd occasion the restaurant was full but turnround pretty swift.
Ideal for children holiday. 
Rooms spacious with aircon and free safe.
The towels and beds changed pretty regularly 
Small kitchen available with utensils if required. 
The pools cleaned every morning and lots of sun loungers.
What might be a suggestion is hose these lounger down at night as they are in constant use.
The hotel is three storey high but there are a good few steps up.
We were able to book a late check out before we arrived due to late flight.
Shops and beach 10min walk with a Spar at the back door.
Staff work so hard in and around hotel, thanks.
In previous reviews cockroaches were mentioned but never saw one .
Hopefully  to return in the future

For a Three Star - no complaints
Rooms - Spacious and clean. 
Fridge, Air-conditioning, Wi-Fi, Hairdryer and Free Safe, separate bedroom. Big Balcony

Restaurant
Different theme every night, to prevent repetitiveness of AI.
Fresh meats cooked every night.
Staff always helpful and keeping the restaurant very tidy. 
Coffee machine could maybe be done with another one at busier times but always managed to get a cup.

Pool
Lifeguards were great and helpful with inflatables etc
Pool slightly cold when entering in October but soon got used too it. 
Didn’t seem to be an issue for any of the kids.

Location 
Short walk to the beach, close to shops etc.
Bus stop to the mall, 5 min walk away.

Entertainment
The three girls did a great job. Very friendly. Pool table in main entertainment area. 
Mini-golf, darts, football, aqua zumba.
