Nice comfortable rooms with a large balcony overlooking the gardens. 
The staff very friendly and helpful unfortunately there was no lift but they took our heavy suitcase up to our room. 
We took taxis into Cuellar that cost 5€. 
If you are driving to the hotel leave on exit 57 and take the service road that will bring you to the hotel. 

Very friendly treatment

There is not much decent places to stay in and around Cuellar. We where advised to go to Florida, a bit outside the city alongside the road to Madrid. The hotel itself has only 10 rooms. The rooms are OK, with double or 2 single beds, there is free wifi but it is a bit slow. The bathroom is of a decent size. All in all the room is good, could be very good if there was a bit more attention to the cleaning aspect. It is not dirty, not at all, but I found too many long hairs on the bathroom floor. OK I swiped these away with a towel, but nevertheless it should not be there. The best part of the Florida is the restaurant, very nice dishes good quality food, nothing to complain about. Would I go back, yes I think so, there is not much else around and for sure the restaurant is a big plus.
