The room is very spacious and clean, fully air conditioned, the only negative is that you have to go down so many steps to get to the room, but the person responsible for the establishment notifies you before confirming, and if you want to sleep in the skyscrapers of Cuenca, you should be notified.

The bridge in Cuenca

To access the accommodation, you have to go down some very steep stairs that are difficult for people with problems.The apartment is interior with an airless cave-like room (no windows) and a dining room with bed sill that has a window with beautiful views.The best thing is that it is very central next to the main square.

Centered, inaccessible to people with problems and not very airy.

Positives: - Location in the center of the historic town of Cuenca - paid parking at 50 meters and free parking at 500 meters (in El Barrio del castillo) - spacious rooms and accommodations - magnificent views of the Negativos river: - old bathroom, needs a renovation - entrance with steep stairs complicated to go with suitcases and impossible for someone with little mobility.

A central place to spend a weekend in the basin.

Nothing but getting to see how the facade and the door look like an abandoned house, makes you regret booking in that place, but once you get in you start going down the stairs and see that the room is pretty good. It's a pretty simple room (a bed and a bathroom) enough if you're just going to be in it to sleep, yes, the views are very nice. The best thing about this accommodation is undoubtedly its good location as you have the main square at barely 50 meters.

 Perfect location.

On the outside it looks like an old house but on the inside it is phenomenal. entrances through a street and when you look back you are on a 6th floor, another of the charms of this city, the desnivels. the decoration and everything of the apartment of 4 is very nice, ideal for a family with children.

Very well located, exactly one minute from the Cathedral. The owner is very friendly and educated. The access to the room is a little complicated, very narrow and steep stairs, complicated if you go with children. The rustic and very charming room, we are housed on the 2nd floor and the views to the Hoces very beautiful. Central heating adjustable and very clean everything. Just in front there is a bus stop to get down to the village. We will repeat for sure!

Very recommended, in the heart of the old town, 1 minute from the main square.Although on arrival you will be frightened by the appearance of the facade, when you enter the apartment you will be forgotten, completely renovated and conditioned.The building is one of the well-known basin skyscrapers, with incredible views of one of the Houses.

Very well situated.

Despite the only bad review available at the time, we booked the accommodation and went to see it. What a pleasant surprise! Furnished and refurbished with great taste, keeping all the structural elements of a very old building, the apartment is equipped with a complete kitchen.

Staying in a halfway house!

I booked a night at the Posada on booking and only read the bad review on tripadvisor when I was in front of the entrance (which looks pretty bad). I was ready to run away, but when the hostess showed me the accommodation I had a very pleasant surprise. A beautiful apartment, very clean, with a magnificent view, really tastefully furnished, flat screen TV, microwave, dishwashers, at an excellent price. Obviously it changed management! I highly recommend it.
