We were in the apartment on the fourth floor and the experience was really good. Good host. We picked up the keys in the bar attached to the building and our reception room and went up. Large, bright, very clean and perfectly equipped apartment (very complete kitchen. Toaster table as well). Recommended.

The best station in the world.

After we had a car accident, we couldn't cancel or change the reservation, there was no partial refund, we even had to pay the cleaning costs, although we never made it to this hotel. To make things worse: they wanted to make us pay for 'no show'. Not even a word of sympathy. Lack of flexibility and hospitality. Terrible hosts.

Not very flexible, lack of hospitality

The perfect location, five minutes from the cathedral and close to bars and pubs areas. The temperature of the floor is great, the kitchen is equipped: sartenes, toaster, micro, refrigerator (which cools very well), vases, cafeteria... There were gel and towels, the bedding very well. The only sticking point to the apartment was that the roof had one of the loose doors... Nothing that you can overcome by spending 20 seconds locking it instead of 5. As for the car, you can park well in the blue zone or in the parking lot of the auditorium. If you prefer to save something, it is right next to the parking lots, but keep in mind that the streets are narrow and have some seats. The free wifi is available every once in a while... but we didn't miss anything.

Very nice small apartment.  Very difficult to check in.  No one on site. Guests have to telephone to arrange key pick up, but no one speaks English so you really need to speak Spanish to figure out the procedure.  The heat in the unit is not scheduled to come on until midnight, then only stay on for a few hours.  No heat is scheduled until the next night at midnight.  No heat scheduled for other times.

Very cold hotel stay

Good location and spacious apartment. Steep stairs are difficult to climb suitcases. Solo has 30 minutes to park or sanction in the city with a fine for being the historic center. Complicated to get out according to the type of browser. There is a bar nearby with a nightlife that bothers you to sleep.

We didn't realize that the apartment didn't have air conditioning and we missed it after eating in the middle of August. The extractor didn't work, nor did any of the two plugs in the kitchen, so we couldn't use the microwave or other electrical appliances.

We were hoping for something else.

The tourist apartments La Moneda del Huecar are a more than recommended choice if you are planning to visit the city of Cuenca... At the foot of the old town are ideal, both to explore the architectural ensemble of the old city and to stroll through the new city. Just a 10-minute walk from the street San Francisco, the main tapestry area of the city, where you can taste the most typical dishes of the conquence gastronomy or from sites as typical as La Bodegulla de Basilio.The apartments, are spacious, modern, with all kinds of amenities except air conditioning... something we will not miss if we avoid the months of July and... So, the night is suffocating than in other Spanish regions, because only occasionally we can enjoy the most delicious dishes... without a doubt, a good option to spend a long time at the Cuenca Cathedral, a good option to visit the cathedrals, a good view of the cathedral, a good view of the cathedral and a good view of the city.

Excellent relationship quality/price

We were in the studio, an accommodation is simple on the first floor, it's all new and very clean. The bed is very comfortable as well. Suitable for single couples. The stairs are very steep, but on the first floor there is no problem (take into account if it's a higher floor, because there is no elevator). When we left the apartment we found the nasty surprise that we couldn't leave our luggage anywhere until our train left in the afternoon; a reason why in Cuenca there were no passwords available anywhere. On our arrival they told us that the heater and the refrigerator were not connected, and we didn't count until the next day; thus, we had no hot water in the shower and milk and the water from the refrigerator were cold.
