Complete house, very clean and cozy. Spacious rooms and bathroom, large living room to enjoy. Kitchen with all the utensils, sinks, oven, everything very carefully. Exterior with porch, barbecue and wood-burning oven. Very close to Cuenca and located in a quiet area. Football and basketball court very close to the house. 100% recommended.

Complete house, clean and welcoming.

The house is very large and complete, it is well situated and is comfortable. The peros... the bed is very uncomfortable and what I liked the least was that we didn't have the pool open because they said it wasn't even hot.

Chula but without swimming pool.

We booked this weekend, a month earlier, the entire house for 6 adults, 4 children, as well; in that month in advance, a family of 4 members failed, and we asked the owner if we could rent only one part of the house, since we were four fewer. And few adults. We had already been there last year. We knew the house, and there was that option. We said no, that the house had to be rented. When there was the possibility of booking it in parts. Since it has three kitchens, and several years in advance. When we could pay for only one part of the apartment, we were able to pay an affordable price. Because we were with the extra water. But we were told that we would not accept the option of a week's rent. What we finally agreed to and decided to accept the full service. We were told that there was a week's rent and that the restaurant was close to the end of the week.

An unpleasant experience, we were separated from three families of children, we ended up very unhappy, with little empathy, and a lack of flexibility.

We were 12 adults and two children. Super close to Cuenca, in the area of Nogales de chalets, very quiet. The house is very cozy, clean, cared for and complete. The kitchen is complete with utensils including for barbecue and oven. Wifi, heating and fireplace. Auxiliary tables. Very complete, I recommend 100%.

An inmejorable stay, to repeat.

The house is large and tastefully decorated, has a very beautiful garden. We stayed 4 nights in an apartment for 2 people fully equipped and very comfortable. The cleaning was excellent. The owner was super pleasant and made our stay easier. The house is very well located in a very quiet area to visit Cuenca and the surroundings.

A beautiful house very close to Cuenca.

The house has everything (less than the frost) you might need. The rooms are large and all have a private bathroom. It also has apartments within the same house with room or rooms, living room and bathroom. The kitchen is spacious and has everything necessary. The room is large and has a great porch. In the garden there is a swimming pool, tumbonas and an area with chickens and birds. The kitchen was very clean and tidy and the owner only provided us with facilities.

Very comfortable.

We rented an apartment for 2 people guiding us by the opinions of Tripadvisor. Upon arrival we were pleasantly surprised, much better than in the photos and on the web. The house is amazing, very well maintained, the exterior is a pass with the pool, the animals and the garden. The apartment, also great, carefully maintained to the last detail, clean, spacious. The attention of the owners was fantastic, they recommended us places to visit, where to dine, etc. Very near Cuenca, to move easily.

Spectacular 

Only 3 km from Cuenca city centre and well connected. Very good care from the owner. The house is fantastic with different very spacious and comfortable rooms. A large and neat garden with a swimming pool to cool off in summer and a fantastic barbecue.

Very satisfied.

We rented several apartments for a gathering and celebration of birthdays from several friends and we have to say that the house, apartments, is spectacular, very well decorated, if noted quality and good taste, because there are even toys for the little ones, pool, barbecue, the garden with its hammocks, a treat.
